Luxurious' "Lost Vegas" Hip Hop Lounge Series Vol. 2 is finally complete and was sent off to be mastered.  It will be mastered at SupaSlumpMasters.com which will soon be, TheMasteringRoom.com.  Greg at SupaSlump has gotten some new mastering toys, so I can hardly wait to hear the fully mastered version.  The CD tells a story of Vegas from it's lost early years to it's present, "party like a rockstar image".  Joel and I collaborated with a few friends on this CD including, Marty James (One Block Radius), Wild Child (Stomp Out Loud), Stevie Salas, and Sam Gibney.  Aye Jay is currently doing the graphics and artwork for the CD and it will be available soon for digital download as well!  Joel and I stepped it up on the music and performances for this album and I'm really feeling good about how it turned out!  I'm also working with David at RockGod Productions on a Luxurious promo video!  Stay tuned for the official release date!!!

Current mood:  excited
The new album is coming together real nice.  I, JDeville, have been putting hours, days, and weeks into editing, arranging and mixing the tracks Joelomite and I laid down.  The album is going to be called, "Lost Vegas" and of course is the second Volume of the Hip Hop Lounge Series. The sound of the project seems to have gone towards a psychodelic, allnighter of drinking in Vegas and wondering where am I? type of vibe.  I'll keep you posted on how the mixing progresses and when you can expect the release of the CD!

It's the day before 4/20 and I just pulled up to the studio to continue recording with Swole Joel on some tracks for the new Luxurious-Lost Vegas CD, Hip Hop Lounge Series, Vol. 2.  I just got a text from Marty James from One Block Radius via Scapegoat Wax and he's stoppin by.  Tomorrow RhythmX will be making an appearance, so things are looking Cush!  Swole and I, JDeville, are close to completing 6 songs for the new CD and are working on about 10 more, so keep posted and I will update our progress.  The new songs are really coming together effortlessly and I only expect better things to come.
