I took some time to rebuild the Small Market Sports website, adding some nifty new features to it, eliminating some that were just plain pointless.

Also, there's been three new comics posted in the last week or so. Hope you'll take the time to absorb them.

I also relaunched my other online comic, Voices in my Hand, too!

I am very happy that Small Market Sports has finally hit the 100 comic strip milestone. It took a while longer than it should have but we made it and I am grateful for everyone who supported the strip along the way.

Now, on to the next 100!

It was just announced that 'SCREWED BALL' the handmade Small Market Sports 'zine we created as an Expozine-exclusive was added to the shortlist of Best English Comics at Expozine 2006 alongside some very great books by some very gifted creators.

Winners will be announced during a gala at Mainline Theatre in Montreal, Quebec on March 7, 2007.

Might not be as exciting as waiting for the Superbowl, but we're pretty jazzed that we're a mere 5 strips away from reaching the 100th sports cartoon posted on SmallMarketSports.com.

Now we just need to be celebrating the 100th newspaper to be carrying our little comic strip here, eh?
