Well shit, it's been awhile eh?  Since a bunch of people are probably wondering what's been going on with us as of late, I figure it's about time an update was made.  Here we go:

Lineup Change:

A short time ago we parted ways with Tommy.  Nothing dramatic or anything, it was just something that just came about.  At that point we decided it would be nice to take a break and start working on new material.  Along the way we added a new member to the group - Ryoko.  She plays piano, sings, and she's nice.  She fits in perfectly, and thank God she doesn't have a beard like the rest of us.

Were also currently working with potential 2nd guitarists to add to the fold.  The Cardinale will soon fly again.

New Material:

As I mentioned above we're working on new material.  We've got a good chunk of stuff written that will make up the next record and we're hoping to have the next CD recorded by the end of the year.  Arclight Records will be putting this one out as well since they're so awesome to work with.

Shows:

Right now there aren't any shows on the horizon, but hopefully we'll start playing out again within a few months. 

Miscellaneous:

I know I've probably said this a bunch before, but we have some merch for sale (t-shirts, hoodies, CD's, stickers) and damn cheap prices.  If you're interested drop us a line and we'll be happy to hook you up.  If I'm not too lazy I'll try to get some sort of order form online to make things a bit easier.

I guess that's about it for now.  If something interesting happens we'll post it (a month or two late I'm sure).

Hello.

Well, the time has come.  Our CD, "31:13" will "officially" be released on April 26th, and so far the reviews have been pretty damn good, which is always nice. 

We're also hitting the road a bit this month starting on Friday, April 21st.  We'll mainly be around Texas (Corpus, McAllen, Houston, Midland, Amarillo, Denton, Austin) with a single date in Albuquerque, NM.  Check out our show listing for latest details on those.

We'll also be hitting the East Coast on a 2-week tour in early August.  Can't wait for that!

Our CD "31:13" is officially released on April 25th.  We'll be celebrating with a Waterloo Records in-store show on April 26th.  We'll also be doing a little 10-day Texas tour from April 21st to April 30th with Games & Theory and Invincible Czars to start out, and finishing up with our buddies in Oceanus.  Check out show listing for details on those.

May and beyond

In May and beyond you should start seeing some reviews of our CD in various magazines and websites.  We'll also have some interviews popping up here and there, including a little feature/interview type of thing in Metal Maniacs!  Fun stuff!

We'll also be doing some out of town shows with Spain Colored Orange, Bowel, and in June w/Exit The King and Man Is Mostly Water.  Details will come soon.

We've got shows coming up.  The first will be next weekend on January 21st at Room 710 with Fuckwork, Exit The King, Mala Suerte and more.  Then in February we'll do another little weekend "micro-tour" around Texas.  We're hoping to be out with Oceanus this time around.  Look for details to be posted soon.  Following that we'll be heading to Houston to play Bowel's CD release show on Feb 17th.  The next day they'll follow us back to Austin and we'll all be rocking at Emo's that night with Jucifer.  After all that it's SXSW time.  We'll be playing officially and unoffically at any day parties we can get on.  Just check our shows listing for details.

An update:

The recording of our CD is almost done.  Pretty much all that's left is to mix, master, and manufacture.  We're hoping to have it out by year's end or shortly thereafter.   We're pretty stoked about it so far.  We still need to decide on artwork and a title too, but we're getting closer in that department as well.   Once we get it mixed it'll be posted up on our MySpace page.

What else is going on?  Shows, that's what.  We're heading out of town for a little weekend micro-tour with Games & Theory.  Down to the South Texas Valley we go.  After that we'll follow up with some killer shows in Houston and Austin.  Here's the list as of today:

Hey Folks. 

Well the big weekend is here.  We're going into the studio tomorrow night through Saturday to record our first record.  It's going to be out on Arclight Records before the end of the year or before SXSW at the absolute latest.  There's no title or artwork to speak of yet, but we'll let you know when we get that stuff knocked out.

We're also going to be playing an early show at Snake Eyes Vinyl this Sunday evening with Exit The King, The Killing Word, Idle Hands, and )) Spies.  It's starting at 4pm sharp and will run 'til it's done.  There'll be beer there, so if nothing else come have some drink.

Speaking of shows, we had to drop off the Kylesa/Coliseum/Torche show in San Antonio on November 19th.  Scheduling issues on our part.  Too bad, so sad.
