Traveling light for the Gem & Jam this year.

Music, hoody, and a slight hangover from last night at the Underground SF. Electro house with Kris Harris, Bender, J.Tonal and Majitope. Freaks came out of the woodwork... Conan, Isaac, Deb. Right ’The F’ on, that was fun... Right now I’m immersed in airport culture, and the Stoly-tonics from the "Go Bistro" in SFO are taking care of the hangover. Waiting for Majitope to roll in, he is taking off a few minutes after me, also headed for Gem&Jam but via a different Southwest city than LA, where I’ll be laid over. His set last night was chunky and good to smell.

Traveling light... I heard a rumor that it had been down to zero degrees out in the desert last week, I hope the hoody is enough. Last year was bitterly cold, but we didn’t notice much. I remembering getting back to our place on the reservation late, and going up to the roof for sunrise, brilliant!

Brent (Majitope) shows up and eats french fries for breakfast, a decision that would haunt him in the coming days. I believe he also ordered a few Fat Tires, which explains how he lost his dopest hoody in the a.port.

Fast forward twenty minutes and my flight is delayed! "De-Laid", not a good thing. This could lead to too more Stoly-tonics at the Go Bistro. My head clouds, not much sleep last night, need fuel for the road. It going to be a good one for Gemmers and Jammers.

Lay over in LAX. Who should be there to yell my name as I got off the plane but Steve Weisz. Hell yeah, what followed next totally conformed to Southwest stylee... Double vodkas and sodas as the earth slipped by beneath us, not a bad trick at all. -J.Tonal
