Hi guys and gals, first and foremost we'd like to thank everyone for sticking with us through all of the recent member changes we've gone through. We also want to thank those of you who have welcomed our new members with open hearts and have hung out and made them feel like part of the team. Keep it up!
The new members are our longtime friends Gray Miller, Devon Stone, and Ben Edwards. They've played in some awesome bands such as We Live After the Fight and Siegethecity. We feel like this is the most solid lineup we've had thus far. We're getting along great and we're excited to see what you guys think!
We're currently writing new songs and we'll be recording new material sometime in November.
Hopefully we'll see all you soon!
Til then, LVC

Bruce here! Im quitting the band.
Being in Lewis Vs Clark has been the most fun that I've ever had, I've meet a ton of awesome people and had a lot of fun. The guys in LVC are my bro(z), and I wish them all luck in whatever they choose to do.
Its all good, Im just tired of the whole genre of music, and Im positive that this is the best thing for me.
Thats being said, Lewis vs Clark needs a new bassist. At the moment, someone is filling in for the next few shows, so thats good. If you want to play bass, make sure you fit these requirements!
Between the ages of 16-20 No super busy schedules Want to spread a message of hope and love No drugs, no alcohol, no chain smoking Be able to play bass. GOOD EQUIPMENT. Preferably an 8x10 and a good head. Be able to tour full time starting next Summer Be able to play shows almost every weekend and tour any chance we get during the school year. Be nice!
I love you all, and I'll see you around!

Hey everyone! We thought we'd let you know what's been up with our band.
First off, we just went on tour with our friends in The Coliseum, it was an experience we wouldn't trade for the world! We met so many awesome people and had a ton of fun. Of course, we had our off nights and our on nights, but regardless, they were all great shows. We honestly wish we could have stayed on tour forever!
If you caught any of our shows on tour, you may have noticed some differences in our lineup. Zac and Bruce were not able to go on the tour with us. We had several different people filling in on their positions. Our friends Gray and Ben took turns playing bass, and they both did great jobs. On vocals, it was a bit harder to fill. We didn't have much time at all to figure out what we were going to do. We tried out two fill ins, contemplated playing instrumental, and also tried to share the vocals while playing our instruments. We left for the first day of tour with no vocalist and no idea what we were going to do.
The first night of tour we decided to just let the crowd do vocals and play instrumental. The second night we played solely instrumental. Both nights were fun and a lot different than what we were used to doing. Starting from the third night, however, we had two friends doing vocals. The frist couple of nights, Rob from The Coliseum handled the vocal duties. It sounded great and was awesome! After these shows though, Rob's voice was non-existent and he wasn't able to do them anymore. Sorry dude! After that, Aaron, also from The Coliseum, took over on vocal duties and handled them for the rest of the tour. Big thanks to both of those guys for helping us out so much!
Now here's the bad news. Zac, our longtime vocalist has decided he doesn't want to be in our band anymore. He no longer loves playing this kind of music, and simply just didn't want to. We completely respect and understand that. We will miss playing music with him and we wish him all the best!
With that said, WE NEED A NEW VOCALIST! We want someone who loves music and wants to dedicate themselves to our band, someone who wants to play passionate, hard hitting music with a strong and positive message. We leave for a week long tour again August 8th, so obviously, we need someone quick!
We are open to many types of vocals. Whether that be yelling, singing, screaming.. anything in between!
Here are a few tenative requirements: Between the ages of 16-20 No super busy schedules Want to spread a message of hope and love No drugs, no alcohol, no chain smoking Be able to write creative and honest lyrics No vulgar lyrics Be able to tour full time starting next Summer Be able to play shows almost every weekend and tour any chance we get during the school year. Be nice!
Message us if you want to try out! Any links to recordings or videos of you doing vocals would be a plus!
Thank you so much for sticking with us! Lewis vs Clark

Hey everyone, I can't think of a catchy way to start off this blog, so I guess I'll just tell you all the news! That's what's important anyways, right?
Well, first of all, as you can see, we have 2 new songs up! We recorded them over a few weekends in the last month and a half or so at Rob and Small Studios in Burlington, NC. Those dudes were AWESOME and we highly recommend them for any recording job. I mean, for 10 bucks per hour, you can't go wrong!
Anyways, I know many of you know that we have FINALLY added a second guitarist to our band, as he has played our last two shows with us. His name is Corey Keeton and he's the coolest dude ever! We're glad to have him as a friend and as a bandmate! We hope you guys are excited to meet him and hang out with him as well!
So, hopefully you've got some sweet multi-tab action going on in your internet browser at the moment and you're listening to our two new songs. If you are, I'm sure you've noticed we've changed our style from breakdown-filled metalcore(or something) to a more melodic, ambient feeling, hardcore sound(Genre Nazis please don't hate.) The reason behind this is basically.. well, we got sick of playing our old stuff and our music tastes changed, etc. We hope you like it!
ANNOUNCEMENTS!
Well, this is the best part, I guess. We will be doing a tour from June 26th through July 14th with our good friends in The Coliseum, this tour will go down to Georgia, west to Illinois, North to Michigan and New York.. and I guess you can't really go too far East! But, we will have some coastal dates in several states. It's not far away from being completely booked, and we'll announce the venues we'll be playing VERY SOON! We hope to see as many of you as we can!
Thanks to everyone who has supported us for the year and a half or so that we've been playing shows. We love you with all of our hearts and you really do have a friend in all of us. If you could learn one thing from our music, we hope it would be to respect each other and respect yourself, love one another and help out those who are weaker than you.
God bless, LVC
