I'm really enjoying a few days respite after the intense writing and preparation for the show, which turned out to be a stunning success. The response from the audience was amazing, the show culminated in a standing ovation.
 
What's next? - the mixing and editing of the live tracks and HD Video that we recorded during the show. That will take some time and I will keep you posted on my progress.

The "African Tapestries Collection" has gone to the top of the CIUT World Music Chart. This is a great feeling for me as it's the first time I've had a #1 on a world music chart. Again, thanks to CIUT, and to my fans for their support.

What a fantastic way to end the week...I've just discovered that the "African Tapestries Collection" has made the CFRU 93.3 FM top 10 International Album Chart, debuting at #8. The collection is also still holding steady on CIUT's top 10 World Album Chart. This is really good news - as far as I know it's the first time the African Tapestries albums have charted on Canadian radio. Thanks to CFRU (and of course to CIUT) for playing the albums, and to my fans for listening and making it all possible.
