August Customer Specials

Buy any number of items at regular price (starting at 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.) and get up to the same number of items of your choice at half price.

Remember the ½ priced items are always the MOST expensive; your regular priced items are always the least expensive! 

Consignments are accepted by appointment only Tuesday – Friday.  Clothing must be in current style (items that have been in your closet for more than 2 years cannot be accepted), in season (see guidelines below), freshly laundered, wrinkle & stain free.  Clothing made from polyester, silk or rayon should arrive on hangers.  We will provide you with hangers upon request.  All other types of clothing must be neatly folded and placed in a box or bag with your name on it.  First time consignors are limited to 20 items. 

All consignments are placed on the sales floor for a period of 60 days.  Items sold within the 60 day period are split 60/40 (40% to the consigner).  Second Hand Rose sets the selling price and will be marked down 20% after 30-45 days.  There will be times during special sales that additional mark downs will be taken.

Commissions less than $10 will be issued as a store credit.  Checks not cashed or consignments not collected within 4 months will be forfeited.  Items submitted for consignment are left at your own risk.  We are not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft or any other unforeseen events.

Consignors that wish to pick up their unsold items, MUST CALL to make an appointment to pick up their check and unsold items.  If you do not call to retrieve unsold items within 3 weeks of your consignment end date, your clothing will be liquidated and or donated at the discretion of Second Hand Rose.

Second Hand Rose is now offering eBay consignment services  

 Do you have something in your attic or basement that is collecting dust, when you could be collecting cash for it? 

 eBay reaches thousands of potential buyers worldwide, opening up the opportunity to sell items quicker and at the best price.  Currently we consign the following on eBay:

  - collectables

 - small antiques

 - estate/designer jewelry

 - designer handbags

 - unique or rare clothing items

 - antique electronics

eBay consignment works much like our in store consignment except you do not

have to wait the 60+ days to receive your profit.  Items are taken at the discretion of Second Hand Rose and placed in a 7 day on-line auction.  After the auction has ended you can collect proceeds in as little as one week from the end of a successful auction. The profit split on items sold over $100 is 1/3 Second Hand Rose 2/3 to you.  You can even watch your items as people all over the world bid on them.  What's even better eBay consignment requires no appointment (limit to 3 items please) Wondering if you might have an item worth placing on our eBay consignment?  Do not hesitate to call or email me with any of your questions.
