So I got asked the other day what kind of music we make and why we make it.  Well, how many times do you think I have come up with a different answer?  At least 200...... but I've finally got it!  Joyride Rock!  It's music that takes the stress of the day away!  One of the biggest reason I ever started making music was the release it gave me - happy or sad it all had its place, but within our pulsating bass lines and screaming guitars there was always one constant, a better place is just around the corner.  I've always felt that something great comes out of something terrible, even though the pain feels like it last a lot longer, the joy is everlasting.  Memories are a too constant to forget.  Pictures are engraved in our minds digging the love deeper and deeper.   That's music no matter how its represented, something honest, whether it be playful, or sinful, or heartbreaking, or mind bending, it's us.  So all in all we make music to lift the spirit, ease the pain and show you that there's a light at the end of the tunnel;)

What's up! It's been a while, I hope all is well and you've got a smile on your face:)  The weather's been beaten us up a bit, but that makes time for pondering, writing, running, eating and DRIVING (Oh how I love the traffic).  As months have past we've been working hard to get ya some great new music, and it's finally done!

We're just getting out of the studio and we'll be releasing our next album, "Naked" in May.  Oh how I love the word Naked, because it's dirty and raw and most importantly my favorite way to dress:)  This album is really the identity of the ego, the ups and downs, the twists and turns, and the straight forward to the obscure.  I'd like to start off by thanking everyone who helped support us through these last eight years, we love you!  It really has been such a joyous ride so far and we can't wait to do it bigger and better in 2009.  So let's start it off right with show number 1 already booked  ---

The world is shaped by so many varying factors, that to pin down the most influencial is impossible. Music, art, war, the weather, science,hunger,sex,love,RELIGION....., exploration, greed, prophets.....the list goes on and on., from the most trivial of raindrops destined to start a chain reaction of great change...to the most wasted life of trivial stagnation....hmmmmm, sink that in for a second.....

In all these factors of life which we take on each and every day there are two dominant categories which color all things no matter which you take on...PEOPLE WHO CREATE AND PEOPLE WHO CONQUER... Does war create??? Does art conquer??? Of course they do...war creates misery (and profits for the warmongers) art conquers souls and dominates the trends that profit seekers need to commercialize the desires of the consumers.....sink in.

What time it? What time is it? What time is it?

TIME TO TURN THE WORLD INSIDE OUT AGAIN. TIME NOT TO ASK FOR PERMISSION FROM A CORRUPT AUTHORITY STRUCTURE. TIME TO STOP WAITING FOR GOD TO COME AND CLEAN UP OUR MESS FOR US!

Time to grow up.
Time not to die.
TIME TO CREATE.....I think we have all conquered enough.

Intox-U-cate Me Please

Intoxicating Music is a how-to guide on mixology and music and how to quench your thirst for both. Call me Whitty your funky-poet musician and modern mixologist who is constantly on the prowl for classic yet innovative ways to get liquored. What is Mixology? The art and science of the cocktail. What do you get if you combine Mixology and Music? Intoxicating Music. Musicians have eternally found comfort in this liquid love, fornicating with it to make some of the greatest music of all time. Feel free to put your personal favorites as this list will continually expand. So what better way to begin than with the party liaison itself, Tequila

Tequila is made from the core of the blue agave plant. It's roasted and pressed, then the starch-turn-sugar juice is vatted; add some yeast -- and vwalla! alcohol. But low grade. A day-two distillation is what is bottled, aged and drank by you.

In the valley of San Félix, the purest water in Chile is run from rivers fed from 2 glaciers, where the most beautiful resource (water) exists. Large deposits of gold, silver and other minerals have been found in low glaciers. To come up to them it will be necessary to fail and to destroy glaciers - something never conceived in the history of the
world - and to do this- the biggest hollows, each one so big as a mountain, one for the extraction and other for the undoing of the mine. The project is called EASTER LICKS. The company is called Barrick Gold, http: // www.barrick.com /.  The Chilean government has approved the project so that this year 2006 begins. The Only reason for which it still has not begun, is because the peasants have obtained a postponement. If they destroy the glaciers, not only will they destroy the source of a pure water, but they will contaminate 2 rivers permanently in such a way that they will be suitable to consume for human beings or animals due to the use of cyanide and sulphuric acid in the process of extraction. Up to the last gram of gold it will be sent to the multinational abroad and not even one will be left to the people to whom this ground belongs. They will only have the poisoned water left and consequent illnesses. The peasants take enough time fighting
for this ground, but they could not have resorted to the TV for a prohibition of Department of the Interior. His only hope to brake this project is to obtain help with the international justice. The world must find out what is happening in Chile.

Help Against Global Warming, At Home: Change a Bulb - July 20, 2007

How to Pick a Better Bulb

Find the Right Bulb for You

Light bulbs are not one-size-fits-all, so read our reviews, look at the pictures, and find ones that will work for you.

Though we call them "lights," traditional incandescent bulbs are actually small heaters that produce a little light — and waste a lot of energy making heat. (You know this if you've touched one that's been on for a while!) In the 1880s, they revolutionized the world. But today, we can do better.

Better alternatives use more efficient technology
Once dismissed as buzzing tubes in offices, fluorescent lights have gone compact and upscale. Energy-saving compact fluorescents (CFs) now rival the cozy, warm light of traditional bulbs. They use a fraction of the electricity, which means lower electricity bills and millions of tons less global warming pollution. And in the summer, because they don't burn as hot as incandescent bulbs, they'll lower your cooling bills.

If every household replaced just three 60-watt incandescent bulbs with CF bulbs, the pollution savings would be like taking 3.5 million cars off the road!

If you were disappointed by CF bulbs in the past, it's time to try again. Today's energy-saving bulbs can be used just about anywhere—as reading lights, in vanities and wall sconces. Some are dimmable; others work in three-way lamps. All are cheaper and more attractive than earlier models. It's easy to start saving money and electricity today. Here's how to make the switch:

1. Start with one bulb.
There are lots of choices, so before switching all the bulbs in a room, try just one to make sure it gives the kind of light you want. Look for bulbs with a color temperature between 2650 and 2850 degrees Kelvin or labeled "warm white." (More about light color and quality.)

2. Know your watts.
Incandescent bulbs are known by how much power it takes to light them—a 40-watt bulb is on the dim side and uses less power; a 100-watt bulb is bright and uses a lot of juice. Energy-saving CFs provide much more light per watt.

Look for a CF bulb whose wattage is about one-quarter of the incandescent you're replacing. For example, a CF bulb in the 15-watt range replaces around a 60-watt incandescent. (More on watts and lumens.)

3. Check the shape and size.
Both the CF bulb and its ballast (the bulb's "engine" in between the glass and the screw-in part) can be bigger than standard incandescent bulbs. Inspect your lamp shade, the harp and the socket to ensure that your lamp can accommodate the CF bulb. Use the pictures in our bulb guide to help gauge how they'll fit — here's a sample comparison.

4. Be careful choosing CF bulbs to use with dimmers.
In order for a CF bulb to work in a dimmer, it must be specially designed to do so. Read the package before you buy a CF bulb for a dimmer-controlled fixture. (More about choosing dimmable CF bulbs.)

5. Look for Energy Star.
The most energy-efficient CF bulbs carry the Energy Star label, the imprimatur of the government-backed energy efficiency program. (More about how bulbs qualify for Energy Star.)

6. Dispose of burned-out bulbs properly.
All fluorescent lights contain trace amounts of mercury. But don't worry — there is far less mercury in CFs than in thermometers or old thermostats. Plus, using these bulbs helps prevent mercury from being released into the air from coal-powered power plants. When they burn out years down the road, recycle them. (More on how to how to dispose of these long-lasting bulbs.)

7. See if your utility offers rebates.
Energy-efficient bulbs help utility companies lessen their load at peak times, so sometimes they run special programs or rebates to encourage you to make the switch.
