We are lining gigs up for next year to perform the new material, so watch the gigs page for the latest info.

Hello All!

Final Conflict's first ever live DVD is now ready and being prepared for release!!

It has been a long journey, over 23 years for Final Conflict, and this DVD means so much to everyone in the band. The chance to do something like this and to the standard that it has produced is truly amazing.

They have spent many hours getting it ready for release, with mixing the audio and taking long journeys down to London to get the final mix ready. It has also been a truly exhilarating experience but worth every second!

The Release date is May the 4th and the interest so far has been astonishing -  the band are so touched by the amount of pre-orders and interest already shown! It makes Final Conflict feel appreciated and shows that their fans are still out there in numbers and being hugely supportive. Thanks to all of you!

Final Conflict would like to thank everyone who has been involved in the journey leading up to the making of this amazing DVD ..................... Metal Minds, Karl Groom, Nick Barrett, Clive Nolan and all of the other innumerable people who have put in so much work behind the scenes.

For Final Conflict this is the pinnacle of 23 years hard work in music and they cannot wait to share it with the world, so please get your copy pre-ordered now... you really wont want to miss it. This DVD captures the real live energy that Final Conflict ooze when they are on stage!

So once again, thank you so much for all the support that you wonderful people offer the band and we hope to see you all soon at our forthcoming gigs.

Kindest Regards

F.C

Regretfully Final Conflict has to announce that some of our friends and fans have been contacted under the name of their ex- bassist Chris Chalk and have been subjected to some inaccurate and malicious information about the real reasons for Chris Chalks departure.

THE FACTS ARE!!!....Chris Chalk was asked to leave the family of Final Conflict, after all of the members felt that his past and present behaviour pushed the boundaries of acceptability. Some material for the new album had already been written with Chris's input but as a result of his departure, ALL of the new material written with Chris has been discarded. Final Conflict then lept at the opportunity of finding a replacement bassist, but they wanted to take full advantage of the situation at hand to move the band forward.

After a great deal of searching and hours of auditions, Final Conflict were fortunate enough to welcome Barry Elwood to the family, who has brought a different style to the world of Progressive Rock. Barry joined Final Conflict for their gig at The Baltic Prog Festival in Lithuania in late July, he will be performing on the Live DVD recording in Katowice, Poland on October the 13th. The DVD is earmarked for release around the Christmas Period this year. There will also be a live CD available for purchase at the same time.

Once again, we are truly sorry to those of you who have contacted us about the adverse comments that have been received and thank you for bringing them to our attention. These have now been taken to the appropriate authorities who have taken this matter very seriously and will be furthering the investigation on our behalf.

Final conflict would like to thank everybody for their on going support, and we look forward to meeting up with you in the near future!

Hello All!
Final Conflict have just recently returned from a very successful appearance at this year's Baltic Prog Fest, which was once again held in Vilnius, Lithuania.
We were fortunate enough to meet and play alongside many fantastic and talented bands. We enjoyed the festival and listened to the very contrasting variety of music that these bands were producing - each band  having their own superb and unique sound.
F.C were also delighted to meet up with their old friends Clive Nolan and Nick Barrett, who provided a fantastic finale to the Friday nights entertainment. After watching those two maestros in action the only thought on the mind of the bands who had to play on the Saturday was  "HOW THE HELL DO WE FOLLOW THAT ?!"
Needless to say, there was many a beer shared back at the festival hotel, reminiscing about "the good old days !!" The talking was fine but the beer certainly took its toll... arr.. age is a wonderful thing!

F.C put on a brilliant show and performed an extremely strong and powerful set- we were extremely well received by the enthusiastic and supportive festival fans.
F.C were very taken back and surprised by this gig, it will certainly be one that sticks in our minds for many years to come. This is because it was the first time that anyone in the band can remember fans actually head banging to our music!!!
We would really like to thank all of the people who went to a great deal of effort and put in alot of time, to make the festival possible!
And how could we forget Jonas, the perfect host for this magical experience!
