Thanks to James from NPUC for putting me on at this year's festival. It was the best performance I've done in the NAC bar for a long while, mainly due to the fantastically attentive audience, and the line up of brilliant acts either side. It was also the release of my new EP 'End of the Night Loops', which is another hand-packaged offering, and of course was finished the night before the gig. Thanks to everyone who bought one, and I hope you enjoy it.

The 23rd was fun. I was given a pound by a strange drunk man DURING my first piece. During the next one he decided he didn't like my violin drone and came over to discuss the matter. I wonder if he was picked up on the loop. Maybe I'll do an audience-based B-side...
Happy New Year!

Hello. Welcome to the first Babygrand blog. I can't promise anything as regards either regularity or quantity. For those of you who came to the gig at the Ten Bells on Monday, thanks, and come again. If you'd watched closely you may have seen me nearly set my microphone on fire. Matches as percussion aren't without risk.
