Alright, so I have posted two seperate blogs about what I wanted my next project to be. Well, dead both of those ideas/blogs out of your mind. The next Amor Jones project will still be produced by the Cosmic Souls Collective but it won't be "Songs About Her"/"Songs About The Girl I Never Got" or "While You Are Waiting...". The next Amor Jones project is going to be entitled 'The Wake Up Show'. The purpose of this project is to hold people until me & Nefarious!'s album ('While You Were Sleeping...) drops. You can expect the first leak to be...well leaked within the next couple of weeks and from there it's 100% promo. We already have 3 joints done for the project and I must say that this is probably the best music that I've created so far in my career. It's the same vibe that you would expect from an Amor Jones record but it's like I'm giving you guys a side of me that I've never exposed before. Idk. But yeah, that is it. Hope everyone is as excited about this project as I am. If not, then well damn. Hahaha. But yooo, I'm outro. See you next time if there is a next time.

What's up people? I know that since the release/success of 'Epic Failure' I've been ghost but all that is about to change. I'm back in the studio working on my next project. I originally wanted it to be "While You Are Waiting" but due to a unpredicted event, that won't be the case. This tape is actually going to be called "Songs About The Girl I Never Got". It's pretty much about me going from literally the first day of high school up until now wanting 'girl I can never have'. It's going to be really dope trust me. The first leak will drop sometime NEXT week. It'll be called "And More" produced by knowJuander. Oh yeah, speaking of production...the tape will be executively produced by the Cosmic Souls Collective. They are like the Slaughterhouse of production. It consist of Nefarious!, Time Travel, knowJuander & JunoComplex. But yeah, that's all I can say for now. Just remember, December 1st is the day lol

So yes, the time has come for me to go back to recording. I dropped 'Epic Failure' two months ago almost to the date & it was definately successful. So many blogs posted it. So many people told their peoples about it and SOO many new people got hip to the Amor Jones sound. I truly appreciate it. Like forreal. Plus Myspace HipHop called it one of the best mixtapes of the summer. Which is nuckin futs. But yeah, the CD that I'm working on is called "While You Are Waiting". It is a prelude to the some what anticipated Amor Jones & Nefarious! project which is going to be called "While You Were Sleeping...". But yeah, While You Are Waiting is pretty just going to be the tape to feed people's appetite before me & Nef's joint actually drops. So a little over a week ago, I released 'Epic Failure' after months of delays. The first day, it seemed like no one was going to post it. Then second day, it went off. iLLRoots posted it. 2dopeboyz posted it. Kevin Nottingham posted it. DCtoBC posted it. It seemed like everybody posted it. It did over 1600 downloads in the first week. Which is pretty crazy considering my first tape only did 50 downloads to date. I just want to say thanks to anyone who downloaded it man. If you still have yet to download it, all I ask is, what are you waiting for? It seems like everyone is co-signing it, I know you want to know why they are. But yeah, within the upcoming weeks, I'm going to continue to promote 'Epic Failure' & after that, start on the next project. Here's a great review for you. The homie Chames (if you were around for Killah TeckNiQs, you'll remember him from the song 'Out Of Control') did a review of Epic Failure on his blog. He gave it 4 stars out of 5. I really appreciate all the support for the tape. The numerous blog postings, the numerous people who've promoted it to their peoples, etc. All of it means so much to me and it really motivates me to keep making music. So with that being said, make sure you check out the review and hopefully if you haven't checked out Epic Failure because you're reluctant to do so, this review will change your mind.
