Hey
Balcony Tv in Camden Lock has been uploaded today, we popped down there a few weeks ago and played a version of ambulance for them which you can see on youtube or at the fantastic balcony tv site. I do like balcony tv, Check out the mumford and sons video in Dublin. Sweet.
The word sweet is making a comeback i believe as is denim shirts, though leggings should still be a big no.
In other news, the mini album is release digitally this coming Monday, that be the 28th sept, not 8 weeks as it says on balcony TV, which gives an idea of the chronological time scale of things.
It was super awesome though, we are off to play in Steventon on the green in 2 hours.
Take care

Hey
Just a quick thank you to all who voted for us on the rebel playlist on BBC6 Music. We won this little competition an so are now officially playlisted on the station.
I have just been offered by some random next to me the possibilty of her proof reading this blog for me, as the last couple have apparantly been boarding on the alliterate.
Words like automotive have to be made up you know so, potentially this supposed form of alliteracy could well be moving language on leaps and bounds without the grammar lovers getting in the way.
So, to the tune of Jim'll Fix it, you know that bit at the end, thanking you and you and bab bab baa

Hey It has been a while but, a small up date. The songs have been the same for a while and that is not to say we have not been writing but, we are perparing to go into the studio to record our first proper mini album type thing. This time next week in fact. 5th Feb 2009. I am very excited by this and hopefully by April you will all be able to hear what we have put together. It shall be coming out on a west London based record label called Kittiwake. Expect some sort of new new's detailing all this in the future but for now we are just trying to think up all manner of witty and clever titles for this small collection of songs. Then it is just a case of playing as much as possible over summer. So if you want us to play give us a shout and if we are free i am sure we could sort something out. So there we go. I am keeping the home fires burning expecting a big chill to hit next week in these parts. I can only hope that the roads all get closed and we can all have a big snow ball fight. No hiding rocks in the snowballs though. Now that would only be cheating. So they we have it. Oh one more small thing there was a two page article on us in the local music magazine Nightshift. Check it out here. http://nightshift.oxfordmusic.net/2009/jan.pdfBaby Gravy are on the front this month. So there we go. An album coming out. all very exciting. Though i try never to tempt fate. thank you alphabet backwards

Hey Hey
So a quick couple of things/ To start with the weather is nice today. Good start.
Tomorrow we have our first radio session. Now i shall put the date. It will be the 27th September 2008 6pm-7pm BBC Oxford. The use of the word tomorrow will be irrelevant after tomorrow see. The word itself will not become irrelevant but, it's meaning within the sentence will. It is all semiotics.
So, the radio will be fun. Then Sunday 80's pop Video is released on Itunes. As part of the ITC Unsigned album. Do check it out and if you feel so obliged please purchase yourself a copy.
This leads me neatly onto my final point. ITC or In the city is a big event in Manchester. We are playing Chicago Rock Cafe Sunday 5th Oct 9:30 till 10. All Manchester folk should come and check us out. Oy will hopefully be fun.
So there we have it. A small update and i have roast chicken sandwiches for dinner. Did you know alphabet backwards are predominantly a vegetarian band.
Thank you
