How to join GPR chatroom

How to join globalpirateradio  chatroom

1.Go to globalpirateradio myspacepage .. on link that says join live chat or click on a banner that has" Join live chat click here " Make sure you click on that spot and not the tune in part of the banner.
2.That will take you to a sign in page. It says:

Nickname:  Guest
Password:  Blank

  Sign On

3. Type in a nick name and add a few numbers to make sure name is not taken
4. You dont need a Password to join room. Password is needed only if you register the nickname.
5. Click "Sign On "
6. Wait for java to load. At this point dont hit back or any thing else it my take a few minutes to load java. This will bring you straight into the chatroom called "Globalpirateradio" if for some reason you end up in a room called lobby dont panic. Look near top of chat youll see a tab that says "Rooms". Click on it a list of rooms will appear just scroll down untill you find the room called "Globalpirateradio".Click on room and it will bring you in.
7. You are now ready to chat with the Djs and have a good time.

If you notice...we don't have commercials here on Global Pirate Radio, but we LOVE promoting ourselves.   Would you like to help us? 

SEND US YOUR VOICE

Record an Audio File of YOUR VOICE mentioning "You are listening to GLOBAL PRIATE RADIO"  and our DJ's we will broadcast it. 

Let us know who and where you are.  Be as creative as you want to be, though short and sweet is best. (or short and nasty in Pillage's case.)

How to record an Audio File... You will need a microphone.

On your computer.....
Go to the.................."Start Menu"
Click on....................."Programs"
Look under..............."Accessories"
Click on....................."Entertainment"
Click on....................."Sound Recorder"

Click the  red button to "Record"  when you're done with your message click the black rectangle to "stop"  Press "Play" to listen to yourself. 

If you are not happy with the result or just plain messed up, re-record it by clicking on "File" then click "New" it will ask if you want to save the previous message then you click "no" and do the same steps above 

When you are done and happy with the results, Click "File" look for & click on "Save" and  name it.  We suggest naming it something unique to you, so it won't get lost among the rest.  (ie: promoGPR)

It should save to your "Desktop", "Documents" or "My Music folder".

Okay now you are ready to send it by email to us.  Attach your file to an e-mail and send it to:

globalpirateradio@yahoo.com

WE HOPE TO BE HEARING YOU SOON!
