Obama clearly has the nation electrified.  Because he does not care about just democrats, black people or rich people or people he shares things in common with, he expressses a desire to improve quality of life for ALL AMERICANS and smart solutions and judegement that looks to the future and not just the same old rhetoric that makes most people tune out. His win of 13 states in the Super Tuesday election makes the point crystal clear to the status quo old guard currently in power that we all: the old, the young, the brown, the white, the yellow, the poor the middle class, veterans, the patriotic the not so patriotic, we are all sick of tired of being sick and tired.  We are bored with not caring and we are nauseous from swallowing the idea again and again that what we think, want and feel doesn't matter.  We are done with leadership telling us that no matter how much we protest, disagree and spiral into disenchantment our ideas are not relevant to decisions being made about our lives.

The race is close but he still does not have a definitive nod from the democratic party because of our electoral system requiring a majority of delegates, not states to secure the party nomination.  So you if your states primary has not yet occured, U MUST VOTE!!!

If u dont get it, it means that each state is assigned a number of delegtes based on the size/population of that state.  The delegates are dispersed among precincts which you should think of as voting districts, like which ever town u vote in for example. Who ever wins the majority of votes in that precinct wins the precinct and its delegates.  So if u think about it you would realize that these districts can be different sizes so winning more states may not mean winning more votes.

We never thought we could get this far but we have and we still have some way to go.  I am gonna keep dropping my commentary until Mr. Obama has the democratic party nod officially secured and beyond until he is inaugurated and takes control of the White House.  Please vote and make your own decision even if u dont vote for Obama (but if u dont shame on u!!!), just go and let folks know that we are taking the country back from corruptors. We been there done that and didnt dig it...

I was on the fence and finally chose Obama not just because of how he inspires me, but because of how I saw him inspire others.  Isnt that what a leader should do, inspire people when they feel at their lowest and pull out the best in everyone he makes contact with?  Belief opens the door and makes the impossible possible.  So tell me, who makes u believe?  If u do not know enough about the issues he stands for and are undecided still, please educate yourself and go to Mr. Barack Obama's website.

So effing sad. Wish I had some of that hit record money. Ya girl Amy Winehouse is smoking out & loc'ing out. Here is a repost of my bulletin..thought Id blog it cause if u are like me, u dont read bulletins. I got a lot of friends (thanks guys...love ya back!) that the inbox be crazy!!! Check it:

I was reading up on Heath Ledger in the local paper, but ya girl Amy Winehouse caught my eye. She is talented no question, but visibly troubled.

Now I thought she was sniffing, but crack???!!!! Yo crack is like the lowest dirtiest drug u can touch. Its also so old and played out, its like who would try heroin or crack at this stage in the game, its so crumbum... Its like once u smoke crack u are soon after to get crabs, scabies, genital herpes, evicted, fired, so on.

But it explains why she be coming out the house looking like skid row threw up on her. I thought she just didn't have a mirror, but actually she just be looking at herself thru crack goggles so she just think she looks good.

Yo its bugged out...all u parents out there, go hug ya kids...

It's coming along so amazing too, damn...So to hold u over until u can have it in your hand, I just finished up a bunch of projects im pretty proud of and you guys can check em out and take 'em home.  Peace to all those mutual collaborators we should do it again...

Kojoe//Rawnin//

I am really how proud of how this album came out.  Kojoe did his thing and the beats are crazy.  I was really jealous of a couple...its a good listen and a satisfying dose of hip hop which is like water in the desert some days u know??  Track 3, Changing Things produced by Slopfunkdust is my feature.  u Can cop it in a bunch of places.

Jazz Liberatorz// The Process//

I really like this joint. It's the first time I ever worked with Jazz Liberators. But I really dig what they do. When I first heard the beat I thought it was crazy! And no gas because many dudes...

[disclaimer:not to exclude the chics but its always been dudes who ask]

...I meet who produce tell me: yeah I got this beat and its kinda jazzy...yada, yada, yada...and u know their name is the Jazz Liberators...yada, yada, yada...but they did liberate the damn thing and I thing I made a joint that is pretty distinctive and it didnt sound like the same ole same ole...u can play it on my page. Buckshot is on the other side double cover, classic black & white flik.

Dela// Atmosphere Airlines//

Me and Dela's creativities consolidated into a sure shot classic sounding joint that sounds oh so unique.  It just has that "bump factor".  Im not gonna lie, I procrastinated before I wrote it and when I am not writing to a joint I dont even listen to it cause I wanna keep the "vibe".

[disclaimer: I will use as many damn quotations as I feel like.  Im grown!!]

But when I finally sat down pressed play and picked up the pen and didnt put it down until that joint was done. Then I recorded it...magic i tell u!!!  Listen to it on my page also.

So people, i have reached several personal and professional milestones as of late.  Feeling like a champion in the best shape of my life to be honest.  My oldest friends are still my best friends and they have been with me thru all my changes. . .it is amazing.  That being said.  Music is popping!!! I completed a project with Jazz Liberators, OUO Fam, and the J Dilla foundation. . .yes Ya girl is going to be rocking a J Dilla production. . .it is flames of course.  Also check me out alongside Frank & Dank, Lady Luck and Kool Keith for the new Pachecos compilation: Fear of a Green Planet.  Look out for the video for that song. . .

Hey also working on my new solo project.  Will be some crazy surprises and some expected favorites.  I am experimenting with new sounds and styles so it is already big fun for me.  I am opening myself back up to do collabos. . .compilations and the like.  Holla at me folks with ya requests.  My manager Max Robin will get back to you.  I will tell you a secret, sometimes you think its me on here but its him.  So if you get a mean answer it is him not me.  I always answer all the personal stuff tho, so no worries on that end.

Anyhow, still love u like cooked food. . .Peace out homies!  ABmC

So what's really good? I haven't written a blog in a while. . .started too but then I just didn't post it. I couldn't finish them as I'd liked because I am really super busy. Doing what u ask? Well I recorded some new joints, did new joints for the Pachecos project, Jazz Liberatorz, OUO Fam, & Chris'F.  Also been getting back on the scene and all, went to the Marco Polo/Masta Ace video shoot for the Port Authority LP Marco dropped on Rawkus.  Its a good LP check it out, the mixtape Newport Authority is  out too, pretty sick for bumpin in the ride.  I digs it except for the fact that I am not on either one.  So I saw lots of folks there at the shoot spent most of the time yip yappin' and it was lots of gigles for all us boys and girls. Shouts to Torae, Marco, Emilio, Ace, the dudes @ Double Goose and every1 who was there!

Otherwise been doing a couple of shows lately, How were they u ask?  I found myself to be quite entertaining and as usual, I just can't get enough of me.  What is hot though was that my peeps be coming out to support like crazy. One dude after the Columbia U. show 2 nites ago compared me to me Lauryn Hill and Jesus. . .LOL! Major respect to Kilo Kay aka
Kay M who did a really good set and my homie Lyric a
ka Sara Kana who happened to be on the same bill.  She was on fire and we all had to run for our lives after the show because her hot ass set tore down the building damn near blew up the whole campus!

So before that did Galapagos in BKLYN w/CL Smooth and that was cool had a real hip hop show with 6 mofos on stage collabos and special guests and shit, ghetto steez.  It was fun but the promoter was frontin on the ducats and it became slightly unpleasant. So then it got really ghetto. . . Yo son, make sure you get at Max tho. . .and quick too!

So like in my first or second blog or so, I said that I would regularly bring you my faves in myspace music. For now, let's try to forget that I I have been here for a few months and that hasn't quite happened yet, but sometimes people lie and we all need to learn how to move on and forgive. That being said lets see how we can make up for lost time and give light to some artists that I have truly enjoyed on MySpace.

ELNATHAN SOULOIST
http://www.myspace.com/elnathansouloist

Found this kid this morning, sent me a friend request this week.  Yo I enjoyed his shit a lot, every song he had posted as a matter of fact.  Pretty underground but really good because what he speaks on is realtable to the average individual.  I found it to be all those things you turn to underground/indie music for.  He's thoughtful, original, conceptual & stylistic, also has a great voice. Plus I like his set of influences.  He likes Steady B, which I used to listen to a lot of. . . I think he has a mixtape or something so ES get ya sales poppin son! And all you Hip hop junkies go support.
**************************************************************
CHEVY JONES
http://www.myspace.com/chevyjones

This chic sings and damn she is so dope! I really like it, Man its one of those cases of why haven't I heard this on the radio.  She is from the West Coast and maybe u folks over there know about her so East Coasters, go check that shit. It's that music that I like, the kind that reminds you of why you like music.  The beats are dope, she is real slick with the adlibs.  Chevy is real hot biscuits with cheese and gravy, nuff said.  Yo click that link and stop playin!
**************************************************************
GANGALEE
http://www.myspace.com/gongalee

My girl Ganga is someone that I met here thru MySpace and really like and respect, I stay telling people about her all the time.  Ganga's shit is really easygoing and something about her reminds me of a female KRS-One.  She got that Hip-hop reggae, NY Bronx shit popping and I fucking co-sign it!  And the girl puts her hustle down, she is truly an indie powerhouse booking her own gigs, got a studio in VA where she rests and puts out her own projects. . .crazy! Yo I'm doing a joint with her, so look out for that shit on her mixtape.  I will update you all so you can cop it.
**************************************************************
See you next time in VOL.2 with a new update and and more of my fave MySpace music

Toodles. . .
