We finally have a release to announce. "They Call Us Naughty Wolves" will be released on CD on the God Is Myth label around March 2010. We're also working on something special to go with this release... more about that later.

The new track "Południca" is a cover of a song by Południca, another band that Smolken plays in. It features Aśka from Immersion and Dead Raven Choir on guest vocals, too. Dead Raven Choir also recorded another Południca cover, that one featuring Wolfmangler's cellist, so Smolken is getting very incestuous with himself.

The recordings of the "They Call Us Naughty Wolves" album are finally complete, though we might add a guest vocalist on one track. Now to start mixing... we already have a few tracks from the album up on our page, but will probably post another soon.

Smolken launched a new project last week called Goatbomb, perhaps to prove that he has no taste or integrity and doesn't care about music. This is redneck crunkcore - a cross of country music, crunk and screamo. Think BrokeNCYDE meets Garth Brooks. Yeah. Really. You can listen to the first four songs already at http://www.myspace.com/goatbomb. If you like Dead Raven Choir, you will probably think Goatbomb is absolutely horrible, trendy commercial garbage!

Smolken is now playing with another band named Południca! - not easy to describe but nothing like either Wolfmangler or Dead Raven Choir. Trancey psych along the lines of Ghost's non-rock tracks, perhaps? The older tracks on the page were recorded before Smolken's arrival in the band (under the Hellboy pseudonym), but so far "Wieloryb" and "Ostrygi" do.

Unlike Dead Raven Choir and Wolfmangler this band gigs regularly so if you want to see Smolken live and happen to be in Poland, this might be your chance.

WOLFMANGLER are working on a new album titled "They Call Us Naughty Wolves". This will be released in 2010, but we have already uploaded one track from it - a new version of "The Thrill Is Gone" with vocals.
