Yay.. i finally am teaching my own class now... Im so excited...!   


Anyhow its been a couple of weeks since I have been teaching.. Im also getting to sub for the wonderful Jo when she is out or whatever.. I love it. I think that I may have finally found something that I love to do.

It makes me happy and also makes me feel better about myself to make other people feel better about their selfs.

This a super amazing experience that Im soo happy about!

Thank you Jo for being my teacher and friend!.

i dont know if any of you out there are yogis' but i will tell you one thing.. when you can get your chest to pop(this is mainly for chicks i have noticed) there is something that is so releasing about it.

and there is this one spot between your sholder blades that never pops either..

those are the best spots in the world to stretch out just right. im wondering if yoga isnt better than sex at times.

no but it can feel super good.... the most amazing part about it to me is you do it all yourself.. its your body and you control it all..

i have never been so sore from a work out like i have with yoga.. it also helps to clear my mind and thats what i need more than anything.,....


i see a lot of meditation in my future... from now on when that alarm goes off at 6 im getting my ass out of bed and doing the damn thing....

i need this and i know it.. unless its raining like it is now... i may have to hit snooze

I feel so much better the past few days. Im back to yoga. Ass doesnt hurt near as bad as it did.  Still not sure if it was my ass or my back probally both though.

Anyhow life is going good.  Justin makes me happy.  I have never had a realtionship that was 'easy' for the most part.  Thats been the biggest thing for me is letting go and not worring about things all of the time.


Im excited about so many different things right now its crazy.  I get to go on my first yoga retreat in June.  Justin and I will be married 3 years this year.  I get to go to Napa again.  I love that place. I wish I could live there.

lots going on lots changing im very thankful for everything and everyone that I have in my life at the moment.

I hope to see my OKC peeps soon. I miss you all.
