Before messaging us for a show please read the policies below which apply to all local bands on each show.

TICKETS
--------
Each show has an agreed upon amount of tickets. Your band will be

given ample time to sell all tickets. All tickets must be sold by day of

show, and any unsold tickets must be paid for no later than the day of

show.


LOAD IN/SET TIMES
------------------
 All bands must have arrived at the venue with equipment and be ready to set up by load-in time.

 Each band will be allotted a 25 minute set time. All bands

will receive their approximate set time at least 48 hours prior to the

show.


PROMOTION
---------
Online flyers for all shows can be found on our myspace page.
To help promote your band and the show, We ask you display the

flyer on your band's website, as well as making the flyer your band's

default image for a full 7 days prior to day of show.


CANCELLATIONS
----------------
It is understood that various circumstances may arise, creating the

need for a band to drop off of a scheduled show. However, in the

event of a cancellation, We ask that you give at least three weeks

notice.
If for whatever reason you must cancel a show (with three weeks

notice), all tickets must be returned, and the band will not be

penalized. If a band must cancel less than three weeks from day of

show, the band must still sell all tickets and have ticket money ready

by day of show. Any band that chooses to cancel and refuses to hand

in tickets and/or ticket money will not be offered any further shows.
