Pipe on the Hob will be performing at the Spectrum Art Gallery located at 608 E. Olive Ave in the Tower District during the 2008 Rogue Performance Festival.

Each of our shows will feature a different set of tunes and songs so if you come to one, two or all three you will hear something new.

Our CD is here! We will be having a Full Circle Brewery Concert to celebrate sometime in the not too distant future. If you would like to purchase a copy please let us know. It will be available on CD Baby soon

We just finished recording the last tracks for a CD we hope to have available as soon as the mix down is done and approved. It will have the standard 12 tracks and will feature vocals by Karana as well as some nice instrumental mixes. Best of all we will have high quality tracks to post on our myspace page. If you would like to be notified when our CD is released drop us a line.

The Rogue wouldn't be able to function without the venues, volunteers and hard working individuals that get it all together. Even they won't ever read this I would like to thank each and everyone of them.

Wow! Fingal played some awesome stuff at their Fresno Concert. It is so amazing to see how easy James Keane makes his accordian playing seem while his fingers are dancing over the buttons.

Bruce Honeyman, a Celtic music aficianado and promoter of sorts is toying with the idea of forming a Celtic music club under the umbrella of the Fresno Folklore Society. He is also making an email notification list to pass the word around about concerts.

March is shaping up as a busy month for Pipe on the Hob with the Rogue Festival and St. Patrick's day. We hope to see you at one of our gigs soon.

We would like to thank everyone that came down to Fagan's tonight and made the evening such a success. For those of you that couldn't make it the McTeggart Irish Dancers did a set of dazzling dances at 7:30, We played and while we took our first break the Cynthia Merrill Dance Studio's Celtic dancers did more Irish dancing. Terrence McArthur told stories to start the evening and during the breaks. We had a full crowd and everyone had a good time.

Pipe on the Hob has been providing Fresno area listeners with exciting and beautiful celtic music for more than 20 years. Our set lists have been changing as our newest member and vocalist Karana Drayton introduces new songs to our band at a rapid pace.

We are excited about our upcoming Rogue Festival performances at the Ashtree Studios in March. Every show will feature different material.

An Irish Christmas at Fagan's Irish Pub on Dec 23 will be a fun filled evening. A storyteller will relate some of the Christmas traditions of Ireland in between our sets and a group of Irish Stepdancers will dazzle you with their skill.
