Graham Crackers Easy Pull & Hold Club RULES

1. A placed Standing Order (Standing Order being a request for a specific title(s) to be put aside and reserved every time said title is released with the intent of being purchased by club member)is enrollment in the club. Standing Orders/Enrollment may be cancelled at any time, but member is responsible to buy any previously ordered product.

2. Titles may be added and/or dropped from Standing Orders at any time, but issues currently being held must be purchased.

3. A Deposit, in the form of a Credit Card number or a signed, blank Check must be kept on file for ALL accounts. Minors may have an adult place deposit for them.

4. ALL orders must be purchased, and all product must be purchased in the order it is received.

5. Every 30 Days, all unclaimed product will automatically be put on Club Members Deposit (credit card or check, as stated in Rule 3), unless prior arrangements have been made with store Manager. Product can NOT be refused after an Order or a Standing Order has been placed. Product must be purchased from location it was ordered at.

6. Any changes to Club Members accounts must be made at the location the account is held at. Requests for cancellation should be confirmed in writing by store location.

7. Club Members are eligible for a 10% Discount if member signs-up for a minimum of 10 Standing Order titles. Standing Orders include any on-going comic book title, mini-series, magazine or catalog. Majority of merchandise is ordered from Previews, which is also available for Standing Order.

8. If a Discount is earned, it is valid on all items ordered through Club, Standing Orders & Special Orders (Special Orders being any one-time merchandise, such as videos, toys, statues, etc. that Club Member orders before item is released), as well as Comic Supplies, Back Issues and Display Books. Discounts are good at ALL Graham Crackers Comics locations (a phone call to the location of member origin may be necessary for member verification). Discounts are NOT valid on any merchandise just picked-up off the shelves; items must be Standing Orders or Special Orders.

9. There is no minimum order for the free Pull & Hold service, but you must sign-up for 10 titles to be eligible for the Club Discount (see Rule ..7).

By signing this document, I agree to purchase all Product I order through Graham Crackers Comics. If after 30 days I have not purchased the merchandise I ordered, I authorize Graham Crackers Comics to drop me from the Club and to use my Security Deposit to pay for the existing product and to hold it on my behalf for a maximum of 3 months, after which time Graham Crackers Comics may dispose of my product however they wish.
