Firstly, fighting over frivilousness is vanity and vexation of spirit.  If you have a fued or fight that is over nonsense...stop it, forgive each other, and get on with your lives...

Go your separate ways if you have to, but forgive one another and move on.  Praise the Lord you are still here to be able to forgive.  Worship the Lord. 

A House Divided:
If it is a fight or a fued with a family member, remember that a house divided against itself will FALL. 

I'm Sorry, Were You Promised Tomorrow?:
The Bible says don't let the sun to go down on your anger.  We are never promised tomorrow.

Anger:
Now, you are allowed to be angry if they hurt you.  The Lord says there is a time to be angry.  However, he does say you have to forgive...no matter what...That is THE ONLY way YOU will SAVE YOURSELF.  You will go insane, and we will not have a chance to see you in the kingdom of heaven when that day comes.

JESUS:
I have to refer back to what Jesus did for us, since it all comes back to Jesus anyways.  The Lord gave his ONLY son to DIE for us and take on all of our sins (past, present and future)...and He died for us, so that we could be saved.  God forgave all of those sins already...who are we not to forgive then.  He loved us sinners before we were redeemed.

There are a lot of things in this life that hurt and destroy...

Questions:
Let me ask you some question:  Since the incident in your life happened that hurt you and is causing you unforgiveness, how much time of your life was spent on this subject alone?  How much of your family's time?  How much time was taken away from you?  How much more time will you give it?

While you are up at night stewing over this, and finding ways to get back or cause harm, do you think they lose 1 wink of sleep at night over you?  I don't...if they do, it is so miniscule as compared to you.  You are still letting them win.  Everyday, with every thought, with every curse, with every negative word...You are letting them win.  How long will you let them win?

Forgetting:
Just because you forgive them, does not mean you will have to forget...If you forget, it was for naught and you learn nothing...you help nobody and nothing...Sure, get the truth out if you have to, but you must let it go out of your heart as hate and unforgiveness. 

God's Holiness:
You cannot come into the presence of the Lord without a pure heart...He will not show up.  I promise you that...He said so.  He can't...He is too holy.  Why would you let that other person separate you from the Lord, Your God???  No Way, No How...

No One Will Be On Board:
I hope this brought up some things that you may not have pondered, and I really do hope they help you to start your healing.  Nothing good comes out of hate...make your experience something people can learn from...but you will not have a following of people to help with hate and unforgiveness, fussing and cursing in your message.  No one wants to read that.  They want to know how you were victorious out of it.  They need to know that...You should have victory over it.

Other Parts of Your Life:
When you are holding unforgiveness in your heart, it blocks your victories and even your Financial Breakthroughs.  It affects you in all areas when you are carrying that load...

Let Go & Let God:
When you forgive, the Lord is now in charge of the situation.  You have left it at the altar.  What happens is we all think we can handle the situation ourselves...and we quickly find out, we don't do a great job at things like that, and it definitely isn't in a Christian manner that we handle it. 

When we give it to the Lord, we have been absolved from having to participate in the situation anymore.  We thank Him for the victory.  Only He can judge the situation...and believe me, the Lord is most ruthless...Read the Old Testament...He did not play around.  If he found fault, boy oh boy...they were in trouble...read it...you'll know what I mean.  He would destroy whole cities, whole nations, including every person there, their flocks, herds and storehouses and harvest...He takes care of it.  He is our Father!

Mercy:
Pray for mercy for those you give up to the Lord...They may need it...

Putting Prayer Where Our Mouth Is:
If you want to, post your prayer requests, so we can all be in agreement with you...(My husband and I had to pray this already this week for a serious situation in our life)...that's why I am so adamant about it. 

Give Him the Praise for Victory:
You must pray about it, give it to Him, and just thank Him, thank Him, thank Him for your victory.  You do not ever have to pray it again even...Believe in faith when you pray and you will receive...The Lord answers and judges in His way...The best way...

My Friends,

Cussing, Swearing or Cursing...It's all the same thing!  And guess what?  It is NOT COOL...at any age!!!  ESPECIALLY IN BUSINESS!

We have to come right out and say it...It is a disgusting example for non-Christians and Christians alike...When people hear you cuss, their nice feelings they may have had for you, are deflated!  As a business person, this is catastrophic!  As a salesperson, image is a huge asset, but it can be a hindrance as well.

It is a difficult and somewhat tender issue to deal with.  However, in business, it is absolutely essential to get this part right.  Many people think this is a frivilous topic and are somewhat offended at the fact that their cussing is not seen in a positive light.  That is because it is a personal struggle/issue we have to deal with on our own.  If a person cusses, often times they are somewhat proud of it, even if in private, that they sound tough or cool...They identify themselves as someone who cusses, and just hang it up that it's just the way they are.  Taming the tongue is one of the toughest struggles to deal with in our lives.

We are all grown up enough to deal with this issue in an intelligent manner.  So, here goes...

First of all, what's up with all the cussing?  Do you know where cussing comes from?  If you did, you wouldn't utter it at any point, especially in a public setting.  Cursing comes from the devil.  It is demon language...for real.  Well, if that doesn't give a chill up and down your spine everytime you hear a friend say a cuss word, nothing will.  That is how demons communicate.  You stir them up and have a dialogue with them when you cuss...Guys, figure it out.  It is so ugly.

The other word for cussing or swearing is Cursing...We take this way too lightly.  It's called this for a reason.  You are cursing things...your self, your car, your sister or brother, your mother or father, your animals, your garden, your bankbook, your business partner, your business...whatever it is that you are fussing about...Is that smart?  NO...Why cause yourself more problems in your life than what is already in it?  You are making it worse...

When Kenney and I meet someone, in a business setting (or just a friendly encounter at a store), our view of that person's business decreases with each passing cuss word.  Usually, people who curse are negative and angry with destructive self-talk.  The success in their business will be reflected in fact.  It is difficult to be successful with a negative vision.

We are not saying that we haven't uttered a few choice words in our day, but we refrain from this anymore.

Once you learn something, you are held accountable for it.  Now you know, so take heed and stop the ugliness.  Improve your 'customer service' and professionalism!

Sell Them What They Want, Give Them What They Need...

There's an old saying that you should find a need, fill it, and you'll get rich.  

It's not really true.  You need to find a want and fill it.  People don't always want what they need. They need to eat right, but they don't.  They need to stop smoking, but they don't.  They want to be more healthy.  You want to sell them what they want, but give them what they need.

Your prospects and customers are people just like you and me and they're going to respond to messages similar to ones we might respond to.  They'll get turned off by the same things and exaggerations that we do.  Filling their needs and wants typically involves things that we've talked about - convenience, long-lasting, time-saving, better-looking, more functional stronger guarantees, better service, etc.

We never know which hot button is their buying button.  We need to test one feature or benefit against another until we discover what their hot buttons are.  Your objective is simply one of matching your marketing mission to the functions of the products or services that your business offers.  If your business offers products and services that by design are problem solvers, then you need to use this function in your marketing approach.

You want to exaggerate and accentuate the types of problems they may have because your product or service will solve them.  Point out a problem in detail and tell just how your product or service is designed to solve that problem.

Here's an example.  A diet program.  You don't want to sell the powder or the vitamin, but you want to sell better confidence, better health, greater attraction, and long life.

How do you uncover their real wants and desires?  If you listen, you'll discover the customer talking back to you in many ways.  They might speak directly with you, your employees, the media, other customers.  You have to pay attention.  You'll hear more of what they don't want instead of what they do want.

They might say prices are too high or there's not a big enough selection, or the quality isn't high enough.  That's telling you the opposite of what they really want.  However and whatever they say - listen to them!  You'll learn something every time you do.
