Have you ever considered getting into the "business" side of the music business? Does an opportunity to work in commission-based sales with unlimited earning potential interest you? Would you like to work from home and set your own hours? And most importantly... do you have a strong work ethic?

If you answered "yes" to all of these questions, then read on…

We are looking for sharp, assertive, and outgoing individuals with sales/account management experience and excellent communication skills to join our growing team. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will contact and build relationships with potential customers within your assigned territory through cold calling and networking, introduce them to our services, overcome any objections, and close the deals. Warm leads are provided as they come in.

This is a unique ground floor opportunity in a fun and exciting industry with massive potential. Income is based on how much effort you put into it (you set your own schedule), but it is very realistic to earn $2000 to $3000 per month with the potential to make much more, especially if you put a lot into it. This position requires your own phone (cell and/or landline) and your own transportation.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS-
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a drive for success
- Printing industry experience is a huge plus
- Knowledge of (and contacts within) your local music scene is strongly encouraged (i.e. bands, music venues, recording studios, etc.)
- Previous outbound phone sales and cold calling experience
- B2B sales experience preferred but not required
- Consultative approach to selling
- High School diploma required, some college preferred

Please send your resume (in MS Word format) to info@secondencore.com with "Sales" in the subject line. Only applicants that include their resume via email will be considered. No phone calls and no MySpace messages/comments please.

Location: Nationwide
Pay: Commission based
Industry: Sales, Business Development, Marketing, General Business
Relocation covered: No

If you're an independent/unsigned musician or band with a CD to sell, you need to register your CD at The Encore Store. Why? Here are a few reasons...

You make more money on every CD sold (as in 90% per sale)!
There are no registration fees!
No monthly fees!

We help you promote your CD! Which means more CDs sold! Which means more money for you! And if you're currently selling your CDs and/or mp3s at CD Baby, Amazon, or iTunes, we'll provide direct links to those sites on your Encore Store web page.

Even if you don't want to sell your CDs in the Encore Store (which doesn't make sense, but anyway...) but are selling your music through Amazon, CD Baby, and iTunes, you can still register your CD (at no charge) and we'll build you a web page with direct links to those retailers for you anyway!

Here's a sample page of what we're talking about... http://www. secondencore. com/encorestore/michaelblakley/ It only takes a few minutes to register, and there is no need to ship any CDs to us!!! You register and you're done! We'll take it from there! You don't even have to be a Second Encore customer! We don't care where you got your CDs pressed up. If your CD is retail-ready, you are more than welcome to register your CD at The Encore Store!

Why are we doing this? Take a look at our FAQ page and see for yourself. The link is http://www. secondencore. com/encorestore/storefaq. htm.

You can register your CD on our registration page at http://www. secondencore. com/encorestore/registration. htm.

You have absolutely nothing to lose here, folks. Nothing.

Thanks-
Chris Hereth
