Hey everyone!

We're playing a show with our friends Sixstep on Saturday October 31st at Knuckleheads in San Clemente. But here's the special part about the show, besides that it is on Halloween: we're going to be covering an entire album from start to finish!

So what album is it going to be? Well, we've narrowed the choices down to 6 and we want you to vote for what you'd like to see!

To vote, just write a comment and let us know which you'd like. If you are on Facebook or Twitter, you can also try our Facebook poll.

Here are the selections!

1. Straight Outta Compton - N.W.A.
2. Purple Rain - Prince
3. Bridge Over Troubled Water - Simon and Garfunkel
4. Boyz II Men - II
5. Huey Lewis and the News - Sports
6. Hit Me Baby, One More Time - Britney Spears

Let the voting BEGIN!!!!!

Hey Everyone!
The boys from BKB will be on the Smitty & D Show tomorrow night between 5-6pm!  Don't miss this opportunity to hear Bob Knows Best live on the radio (well, internet radio anyways).  Go to http://www.kdhr.net and click on Listen Live.  We will be in studio chatting and playing a couple of acoustic favorites.  If you miss it, KDHR radio will be rebroadcasting our segments Friday and Saturday.  Check KDHR's website for times.
Thanks,
Bob Knows Best

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to give a shout out to all the folks who came out to support us on our first annual April Fools Day show. We're hoping to make this an ongoing event, and hopefully have Molly Malones be the official venue for it, since we love the place dearly. Special thanks to the Molly Malones staff, big thanks to JT, Mica at the door, Richard on sound (Incredibly done!), and Sasha for keepin' our peeps well fed and alcoholically hydrated throughout our performance.

Mark your calendars for our next shows: April 18th at Cal State Fullerton and May 9th at Di'Piazza's in Long Beach (both will be posted on the concert calendar soon)!

Much love,

-Mark, Scott, Graham, Ed, Ernesto, and Jamis

Current mood:Peeved,
Everybody,

BKB here,

Just wanted you all to know of a pending situation.

If you are searching the web and you see any CD's of ours out there, especially on CDBABY.COM (besides "Gets Their Hair Did"), please recognize that these CD's ARE BOOTLEGS and are not released by Bob Knows Best.

DO NOT BUY THEM! We see no money from the purchase of these CD's. Furthermore, any support of the offending person undermines our ability to succeed as a band. You want to see Bob Knows Best Succeed, right?

We are currently looking into litigation to have these CD's removed from existence, but for the time being, we ask that nobody purchase any BKB music from the web until we officially announce it, either here or on the forthcoming bobknowsbest.com.

There is only ONE live CD of ours we endorse, and that is the Live CD from our troubadour show, which, currently, is unavailable. We have no plans on releasing a Live CD at this time.

Also, if you see these CD's listed anywhere please remind the player and the seller of their true origin, and remind they buyer they are being duped.

Again, thanks for your support in this matter. We truly appreciate all your help.

-Bob Knows Best.

Attention fans of Bob Knows Best.

Something is Brewing.

We can't tell you what it is yet, but it's brewing like a pot of hot coffee, and it's big.

And soon, it's gonna explode like a pinata full of steroids at Barry Bonds' birthday bash.

(Allegedly)

More details to follow.

Shock On!

Hey Everyone!

Graham Here.

Just wanted to fill you all in on the poster which currently adorns our page.

In just about 2 weeks time, I will be leaving to live in the Hustle and bustle of New York City, and as such, I will be leaving Bob Knows Best.

Don't worry. Bob Knows Best will press on! there is a lot of great new stuff from them on the horizon, so keep on being a BKB Bobber!

Anywho, My crew decided that on Friday, June 13th, were gonna have a going away bash of epic proportions at on of our favorite venues, Hogue Barmichaels!

and, it's not just us playing that night, no no no...we got some of our favorite friends to come out and play, too:

One of the rockinest young bands around, fresh off playing the Glass House with the Proclaimers, OLIVER JANE!

The REUNION of our Guitarist's Kool-Aid's First Bands, FOUR FINGERED MEL!

One of the hippest bands around, with Me and Jamis helping out for one night only, THE MOODS!

and our former bass players and founding member of BKB, Phil's current band, INTERCEPT!

You don't want to miss this killer bill, everyone.

Send us a message, comment, if you have contact info of any of the band members, call them, send a homing pidgeon, what have you ,and we'll get tickets to you at the ultra low price of $10.00 presale (It's $12 at the door)

And it's 18 and up, so your below-the-drinking-age-but-really-hot-cousin or little sister can come, too!

The show starts at 8, and all of the bands are great and hand picked by us, so come and have a ball all night long!

Shock On!

-Graham

Current mood:Bob-a-licious.
Hey all, BKB Here.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the show at Hogue Barmichaels last night.’Twas tons of fun!

We wanted to send out some thank yous:

First, we want to thank Andrew Craig for taking great photos of us. For those who didn’t know, Andrew has taken quite a few shots of us, in fact almost all of the pics in our photo section come courtesy of Andrew. We have recieved the photo’s from the show last night, and they will be added to the Picture Gallery soon (Tomorrow, probably). You are phenominally talented, sir, and you always make us look good.

Second, we want to thank Mat Biller, who has been so kind as to Give us our on stage intro’s for many of our past few shows. While this isn’t an official job or anything, If you’re at the show, Mat, you’re gonna be doing our intro’s, Plan on it. (Even when we’re selling out the Staples Center.)

Third, we want to thank all of you fans who have come out to see us in the past few months. Without you, we’d still be dreaming about playing places like The Troubador, Hogue Barmichaels, House of Blues San Diego, etc. Also, Thanks to that core group of you who come to almost every show and sing (and dance) along to the songs.

Now, to the Changes.

As you may have noticed, we have a new lead guitarist! Please help us welcome Ernesto "KoolAid" Mora to the band! He’s has been a friend of the band for a while, and after only three rehearsals, rocked out a live set at Hogue Barmichaels with ease! Kudos!

Another thing you may have noticed is that BKB has a mini power weekend lined up April 18th and 19th, 2008, starting the 18th at DiPiazza’s in Long Beach and the VERY NEXT NIGHT, playing at the Onyx Theater in the lovely city of Las Vegas, Nevada! More details to come, so stay tuned!

One more thing, we have a mini live EP of the Troubador Show available for three ($3) dollars, with four of the top tracks from that show! If you want one, let us know via Myspace Message, and we’ll get it to you along with the new BKB sticker, Free! If you want the sticker itself, it’s one dollar ($1), all proceeds go to helping us pay for our new Studio EP which will be recorded on on July 1st and the world famous studio, The Compound. If you bought a CD last night at the show, let us know and we’ll get you a sticker post haste. We’ll put a picture up of the sticker tomorrow, because it’s late and we’re all still hungover from last night. (Especially, Graham.)

Shock On!
