So I also do the youtube thing cuz I'm techy like that. Each week I post a new "show" about my weight loss adventures from the week before or my plans for the coming week. Ha! I go for months and this place collect dust then bam bam bam, I post 100 things in a row. Ok, last thing I'm going to post here, I'm doing 1000 miles walked, ran, jogged, precored, arc trained, stairclimbed and/or stairmastered by December 31, 2007.

Each week I update where I'm at and how far I need to go. I'll post those numbers here too:

Friday was day 90. Here are my stats:

Hrmm...any day now I'll get around to jazzing this site up, till then the default template reigns ;)

Today is day 60 and I took an updated pic. I'm now 189.4, down 8lbs. Roughly 1lb a week, not too shabby. I forgot to do the body fat check, I'll do that tomorrow.

I also use the tape measure, but that's on a completely different schedule. Actually, now that I think of it, I'm going to synch it up with the 30 day updates.

I've known about myspace for a while but have been reluctant to join. Lord knows I blog enough in my other life, I didn't want another blog to maintain. But here I am. Why? Not really sure, who knows what this'll turn into. Story of my life eh?
