Just an update on Mumia's case:

On the evening of May 16, Broadcast Live performed at a benefit for Mumia headlined by Immortal Technique. Also appearing were Bojah and the Insurrection, of Boston, as well as our good friend and poet Taina Asili. AllHiphop.com called the show "electrifying", so 'cheers' to all the performers, and double-'cheers' to all those who attended to show their support for our incarcerated brother.

On Thursday the 17th, over a thousand converged in Philadelphia to support Mumia Abu-Jamal during his court hearing. The May 17 event, according to his attorneys, went reasonably well. However, it is impossible to predict an outcome at this time. The three-judge panel should report
