shiver dawn, shiver dawn let's go back to sleep i trusted sweetness and my arm tingled on 'neath your warm neck lonely rose, lonely rose c'mon and feel the scar i lived as a vaseful i withered, lonely rose until nothing was left candle light, candle light i beg you to enchant me i bled slow dancing i treated you to darkness you flickered me alone feathered dream, feathered dream i feel your wings inside me i've lost the earth below you caress the lonely dawns and fly me to your home.

treat the islands of correction in the sea of disillusionment as misplaced 'understandings' left lonely for those who lone we have the eyes we have because we are meant to have them such is the nature of the sea

and He said, every world deserves a dream that can change the life of any person only hope that in the dream she sees everything going differently than planned

a simple slide soft like looking up into your eyes a simple kiss soft like the goosebumps of surprise a simple smile soft like touch wrinkled white sheets a simple down soft like a playful set of teeth a simple you a simple me soft as morning comes it leaves us both smiling

yes, we are apart but love like ours could never be torn by distance or time sleep with ease knowing that i am smiling with you

and sin the emotionless masterpiece
three years old and dying
a parasitic Three on my heart
a disastrous Three that lives alone
but Three alive and never dead
never does Three die i love that
Three is a part of me but i hate
everything about it

and sin the emotionless masterpiece
is an exhibit that my conscience
has become obsessed with to the point
of madness
but the blow to conscience is light
in impossible comparison to its brother,
Brother Change, who is now a grown man
a grown man with arms like a militarine
and a heart as popular as Schoenberg

Brother Change, you are our only defense
against the parasite
the emotionless masterpiece

there are the hills
like one grinning reminder
so beautiful from afar
so cold, ferocious within
there are the hills

forget the injustice of it all
simple, release your foolish pride
forget the windows the wariness
align yourself with hope and listen
to the rain

the wet, the rain whispers
it seizes you and holds you
caressing your face it dissolves
your worries and your doubts
and you will be aligned and ready
ready to face the ferocity of love

there are the hills

Sometimes you have to let people go. When you are continually hurting, when you know in your heart that it has to end, then you just have to go. But there are times when you must fight for everything you are worth--fight with every ounce of fervor in your body. There are times when love deserves it. There are times when love demands it. Do not be a fool and fight because you think it will create love. Fighting for a cause will rarely fulfill the needs of that cause; rather, fight for the continuance of love--the existence of love--and know that your efforts, whether or not you sustain the love, are invariably successful.
