I do wish I was out in LA for X Games. I have never been. But Failure will be well represented this year. First off, Nate Wessel has been out there for over a month with his crew building the street course and the Superpark course. Nate does amazing work and I can tell you that this is some of the best stuff Nate has ever built this year. Its going to be cool to see guys like Chase Hawk, Doyle, Foster and Gary Young ride the course. Also, Im super happy that Failure pro Jeremiah Smith got an invite this year. Only 20 guys were invited and Jeremiah was honored to be a part of it. He is getting over a fractured jaw and recently missed some comps. We wish Jeremiah luck in this event. Our man Chad Kagy is riding in vert and Big Air and I cant wait to sit in front of my 65 inch Samsung and watch the action while sipping on some Tecate! Go team Failure! Check EXPN.COM for daily blogs from the event!

DGAF Dan won the Monster Join the Army contest held in SoCal last week. Nice job Dan. When the tour hit Cincinnati a couple weeks ago, I got to be a judge along with Thorne and Catfish and everyone had a good time. Its cool to see Monster doing some cool things for BMX and dudes like Thorne making it happen and jamming with his band all at the same time. Yummy Monster for Dan for the next year!
