COME AWAKEN IN PARADISE!!!

Bali, Indonesia
March 8-16th

Dear Friends,

I am truly delighted to invite you to join us for an inspirational week of personal growth and self-renewal presented by my dear friend and beloved Teacher, Mark Whitwell, as part of the first ever BaliSpirit Festival; a celebration of yoga, dance, music, love and gratitude. Start the Balinese New Year with an extraordinary experience that will be sure to nurture your soul, relax your mind, and rejuvenate your body in one of the most sacred places on Earth!

Inspiring and Healing Yoga with Mark Whitwell:

SILENCE: March 5th -7th (OPTIONAL Supplement)
Experience the Balinese New Year, Nyepi, when the entire island is wrapped in a blanket of silence and peace.

INHALE: March 8th-12th
Join us for a week of transformative and enriching yoga designed specifically to accommodate your personal needs. Mark Whitwell, founder of Heart of Yoga, will lead two classes a day, including special sessions on Your Own Yoga (designed just for you), and the Yoga of Relationship, along with nightly meditations. This promises to be a joyful, heart-opening week, allowing plenty of time to take in the beauty of your pristine surroundings, while learning new skills to bring yoga into your everyday life back home or strengthen your existing practice.

EXHALE: March 13th -16th
Emerging from the "cocoon" of our private retreats, we now move to Ubud Center, the cultural heart of Bali, which embraces us for four days and three nights of creative exploration and uplifting celebration, with abundant time and space for connecting with new friends from around the world. Exhale offerings include: workshops in yoga, dance, meditation, raw foods, martial arts, drumming with nightly concerts and kirtans, including a half-day celebration featuring performances by all of the incredible international artists participating in this festival. On the morning of the final day, we will enter the Sacred Monkey Forest for a mass blessing by local Balinese priests in the inner sanctuary of the temple.

INHALE & EXHALE Package includes:
· Airport transfers to/from Ubud*

Untouched by the hands of time, here, Natura offers an innovative concept in environmentally aware guest accommodation by implementing a design that enhances the beauty of the natural site, while upholding the highest standards for environmental protection. The preservation of existing vegetation and the protection of the river and wildlife were paramount in the design of the fourteen luxury villas.

Truth is not something we have to seek out. It is not something that is absent and far away, requiring great effort to find. Truth is present within you as the Life that is you. Mark Whitwell takes us back to the time when yoga was first developed-to the shamanic past of the Upanishads, when yoga was practiced as a means of acknowledging, enjoying, and participating in the very source of Life.

The Heart Of Yoga non profit organisation will be sponsoring students from the middle east to train as Yoga teachers. This will take place in May 2007.

Already Yoga is being taught in troubled areas and deep friendships have been formed among students and teachers from very different ethnic, religious and national identities. The common understanding of the non duel philosophy of Yoga has created love and caring among people who may otherwise be in conflict. During the recent Israeli Lebanon war teachers from both countries remained in support and constant communication with each other. We see this as the long term solution for the world. The understanding that god and all ordinary conditions are the same and that all people may directly enjoy the nurturing field that surrounds mother earth is achieved through Yoga practice. This is rapidly spreading through the contemporary world as it did in ancient times, as it is universal to all cultures and languages.
