ok, so it's true. the legacy lives on.
created by one mr. jason james clark, the only human being to ever have been inhabited by not one but TWO extraterrestrials (the former Amino Acids known as Blood Bob and Pope James Hartwick, respectively), the Rock & Porn Show was a yearly tradition. past performances have included such local luminaries and friends as Suacer, the Jollys, Peter Torque, Drag King and others that i can't remember right now but will add later after we finger it all out.
the premis is very simple: place 12-14 television sets on the stage of the Old Miami, show a ton of hard-core pornography on them all night while the bands play and break the shit out of them at the end off the night. usually the bar is packed to the rafters. this year will probably be no different.
although this show traditionally takes place in either late march or early april we have decided to do this, the 5th or 6th annual Rock & Porn show (or R&PS2K7) on the evening of february 02. why? because we're going on tour three days after the show and we need the money, that's why.

THIS IS A FULL-ON SUBGENIUS EVENT. there will be bragging, a short sermon and a mass short-duration wedding as per the usual.
also, for you PC'ers out there, this is not some kind of misogynistic sex-freak thing. this is called "funny." it's not an artistic statement, it's humor. we have a really dumb sense of humor and a venue that continues to let us display it because these shows sell a hell of a lot of miller high life.
