PEARK is a sound engineer. After 6 years of studio work and several nights of creative insomnia, he's collected a bunch of instrumentals inspired both by electronic, "end of the world"-type moods, as well as cheap 80's music.

Once, on a full moon night, he heard the sounds of a small wild animal. It's jerky, at times dark, at times joyful singing made him lend an ear... It was the sound of REZIE. This here was by far not her first attempt at a music career. Trained in what she calls the "Bubblegum Sound", under the moniker CATSIZZZ, she's had the opportunity to sing on various stages such as the AB, the FRANCOPHOLIES DE SPA, COULEUR CAFE or the BOTANIQUE. Her particular flow is a subtle mix of Rap, Ragga, Punk and Electro influences, all thrown in with a bit of "Chanson Francaise".

After a short period, one tamed the other, and they soon became mysteriously complimentary. This sparked a series of inventive recording sessions that followed without ever sounding alike. Like two teenagers playing electronic games, they've had their share of good times, setting challenges, and call it chance or magic, music got made.

But, this was nothing but the birth; the sounds were still raw and unpolished. This is where KWISTAX comes in, whose golden touch makes prostitutes turn pale. He manufactures, sharpens the tunes, and together with his new friends takes on a sonic journey towards an unknown destiny.

KWISTAX has been a DJ since 1997. After his qualification for the DMC championships, and opening acts for the likes of MIX MASTER MIKE, EL-P, BUSY P or QBERT, he's been sollicited everywhere, really. You'll find him mixing in clubs, cellars or rocking stages, and if you see him on the street in broad daylight, it's because he's on his way to the recordshop.
