Question #1.
A-What if dctalk were to tour again?.....the concept to me is at once encouraging than frightening....haha....to me, the thing that made dctalk sucessfull was the different elements that made it up...i think the most important thing to look at in a reunion situation is the fact that we would need to rehearse and arrange a set that would first and foremost make the fans happy....but at the same time inspire them.....with that i mean possibly re-arranging well known songs and adding songs that have never been played before...the example of The Police and Genesis are good ones when looking at the reunion tour model.....both groups played on their strengths and weaknessess.....i think with the already growing amount of work from each of us solo, we could capitalize on the solo songs within the main frame of the show....we tried this back in early 2000 with the Solo Tour....but it was a bit disjointed because we didn't really put it in one package performance....it was 4 seperate performances and that left people drained.....look at it this way, tobymac is tobymac, micheal Tait is taitband, and kevin max is one eccentric dude etc...but combine them and you have something very unique and capable of interesting music.....to quote a very early negative review in our career ( a 3 headed musical mutant that few could swallow)...i personally look forward to the possibility of the reunion tour, mainly because it gives each of us more opportunities to meet people, to explore music from a LIVE perspective and continue to spread the positive message of Christ.

Question # 3-
Q- if dc talk makes a new record would you start over & incorporate the different musical styles the three of you had with your solo projects or would you start where you left off with the supernatural record?
A- I think starting over would be easier....but actually picking up where we left off, and building on what made us initially successful would be more interesting and challenging....in reality, dctalk is the sum of its parts....put us together in a room, start the recorder...set the wheels spining and you have a dctalk project....with the exception of outside sources such as Mark Heimmerman, Joe Baldridge, Otto Price, Mark Townsend, Todd Collins, John Painter, George Cochini and many others behind the scenes.

Question#2-
Q- What have you missed most since the Haitus of dctalk?
A- this is a strange question.....if you mean what do i miss about being in dctalk, i would have to say the early years...being a comrade in arms with my fellow band members, dancers, crew and partners....a band is easy to be in because everyone fulfills an immediate task...but being in dctalk was like being in a traveling circus....there were the 3 of us, singing, rapping, dancing, crowd-surfing, talking, preaching etc...and then the band and dancers that backed us.....the band made the music happen...and we performed the songs....there was such a feeling of unity and teamwork in the early days...but i think the bigger dctalk became...the harder it was to keep all of that in check.....i was probably to blame just as much as anyone....we get our feelings hurt too easily because we are on a stage where everyone is watching.....we build a thick skin, but behind the lights and the curtain, we are just normal people with human needs and human qualities....
