The colour parade will be spreading the colour this weekend at the smart arts festaval in pine st chippendale (off cleavland st)
so if your not doing anything this sat and want to see some cool band,art and performances for free then come along and join the fun
if not see you at the colour parade next sat april 11th!!!!!meet at townhall steps at 1pm for all the fun!!

Greetings my dears---------- thankyou for being fabulous- the day was mindblowing thanks to all of you who came together to make some noise and spread ze love/kooky bug. Please send in your best photos so I can put them up on myspace.... if it is easier to send them through email then attatch and send away to alex_clu@hotmail.com .

Remember to check the Colour Parade and Aviary myspaces regularly as we will do our best to update the pages with gigs/ events etc that we think you tweakers will be interested in. The CP is not just a parade--- its a way of life- its about living, dressing up, being activated and having fun as often as possible- we have a few ideas for other happenings... CP train rides to random locations, camping trips/ art days etc--- if you have any other ideas let us know. Continue to spread ze word about the Parade because there will be anouther one in the not so distant future---------- and remember if you recognise someone from the day.... do not hesitate to say howdy/ give them a hug! Love to you all....

The (official) Colour Parade has now been postponed till the 21st of April. The date has been changed due to the 'Troops Out of Iraq' march organized to meet at the same place on the same date. We did consider changing the meeting place however in the end we decided we did not want to take away from what is also a very important cause so Colour Paraders are encouraged to bring their beautiful selves to this event... We will most likely bring a CP banner along. Please help us spread the word about the date change- all other details remain the same (except obviously the after party date has changed as well!) Sorry if this has caused problems for anyone.

spread ze word about the colour parade... get your friends to add this myspace here... although concrete detaills are yet to be formed doing little things like scrawling 'joing the colourparade!' on pavement in these early days will only make the final outcome more magic/ *this is everyones parade... * we are all responsible for it so do what you can to promote +make it magic..  whisper in the ears of passers by, make your own flyers etc.
