Hi everyone!

       As I write I am thinking what should I title this blog since as of right now this is not exactly a "New Music Update"?! 


Anyway, ok so just letting everyone know what is going on with me/music! Right now the music/record is still on hold but I am always writing constantly! It never stops even in dreams I have song ideas coming through! Though I must admit at times I am too lazy to get up, turn the Blackberry on and record the melody and I have run out of space on my little digital recorder! Ok, so I am taking a brief break from focusing on the record aside from writing as I think I need to take a step back and look at the bigger picture here! I've been spending so much time and energy on trying to find a "VC" to give the record wings that in my obsession I couldn't see that I just needed to take a step back and do something that could and I like to say will change my life! Through these past months I have encountered many a manager, agent, etc and through all of these people I was ignored for the most part! I mean you get the occasional person that goes on about my talent but they don't show me anything to back up the emotion in which they are displaying so that in and of itself is worthless to me! Ok, so to make this not too long I will be taking a trip in December which was previously November but plans change and things had to be rearranged but thats life and I am quite fine with it as what doesn't kill you makes you stronger! Ok, so the trip is happening in December and I couldn't be anymore excited! This is one of those 'change your name and things will happen" type situations or at least thats what I am hoping will be! Its a huge risk that I haven't taken in regards to my career in music for quite some time but I feel it is much needed and I am ready for it and I think the possibilites are gargantua's! Ok, so when I get back which will likely be early 2010 I will fill you on the music happenings and what the ultimate plan will be! Until then I want to wish you all a fantastic "Holiday" season whatever your faith/religion is and I will be speaking to you next year!

   Hi everyone,

          If you have noticed some changes on both my myspace and ilike its basically because everything is starting anew!! Everything I have done in the past will be as if it never existed as far as I am concerned!! I hope you all were able to get to my songs for the free downloads on ilike because they have come down(24 hours or so) and nolonger exist to me!! As I have mentioned I have been writing and still am writing for what will be a record well imagined and completely different then whats out there right now musically!! I know most if not all artist say that about their work but this truly will be an epic record, but until then its as if I have never recorded a song in my life!!

I have come to a place where I haven't been satisfied by anything I have recorded in the past for where I am right now! I am sure many will say its good but honestly the only song I have recorded that has been remotely me was "City of Love" though it was an incomplete recording it was more me and showed a bit more of who I am and the direction I want to go in! Anyway, when I am officially back in the studio I will let everyone know!!


        Heres to the future and a fantastic 2010

    Hi Everyone,

          Just giving a bit of info on whats happening with me and the new album. Well, I am so excited about this album and all the possibilities. Thus far I am happy with everything I've done thus far. All the songs you've heard that have come and gone here on my myspace music player will be on my second record "Am I Cool Yet" with some editing done to a couple of them to make them a bit more sharp! Right now I am vocally prepping for the next vocal session for the upcoming two recordings of "Tamayu" and "Heartbeat" I definitely want to give my best performance and the height to which my voice has grown from recording "Narcissus" to now doing "Am I Cool Yet" fucks me dry! I quite enjoy it when I surprise myself vocally. Its like finding a new hot spot on the body that turns you on. I also have a couple of other songs lined up but as of yet no titles or real theme as they are in the beginning stages of things as I am still writing "Tamayu", and "Heartbeat" and also suppose to be writing something for another singer that likes the way I write. Lots to do with so little time and at the moment not much inspiration to pull energy from to use. I am all in all on a writing hiatus for as long as I am allowed to be. Ok, enough about writing songs.

I have some news to share with everyone but God its still too soon to share as its too soon to know if anything is officially in the can so lets keep our fingers crossed, shall we;-) Its still however good to put that verbal thought out there though!! It helps to mention but not delve. 

On a more likely note its very possible I may be putting on a show in November with a full band if $$ and time permits. Its something I am very much looking forward to as I have yet to do so since I've only done two small acoustic shows. I am dying to kick ass and take names with loud bleeding guitars and drums!!!! Anyway, I'll keep you all posted on everything thats happening and continuing to happen. Its been one hell of a year thus far. Its been filled with many blessings, lots of stress, and now it seems like its heading back where it started and more!! As we go on please continue to support in the smallest ways by just checking my page everyday or when you can and listening to your favorite songs, and also heading to itunes and getting the "Narcissus" record or just downloading your favorite songs;-) Its only $.99. Cut back on some of the online porn and grab the album from itunes or some of the other digital music stores.

Hi Everyone,

     Just giving you guys a heads up on whats happening right now. Currently back in the studio working on two new tracks for the upcoming album "Am I Cool Yet". Those tracks are "Tamayu" which I have previously blogged about. Its just a fun piece about people fucking up my name. I'll be bringing an additional singer for backing on this one so that should be interesting. The second track is "Heartbeat". Title and the track itself inspired by the one and only Madge but will of course have a different feel to it as I am more rock then pop but whats pop music other than something popular. Anyway, I really look forward to recording that. The session alone was inspiring and brilliant. I smiled when I first heard the music. I knew it was something special. Anyway, please listen to new track "Give Me More" and I want your fucking "Comments"!!! Also, continue to listen to "What About the Body" and give me comments on that as well. Please if you love my stuff I want to hear from you.

Hi everyone. Just another day and the end of another busy and exhausting week. Lots is going on yet nothing at'll.....lol. Hi everyone,

     As of today I am taking some time off from the music and myspace. I have alot going on in my personal life that is taking alot out of me emotionally and I need to focus all of my mental powers on it, but when I come back I'll come back a better person in my head and hopefully my life and career. I will however continue recording "Am I Cool Yet" during this break. I plan on taking the entirety of the month of August off and will be back after or perhaps sooner depending on how soon I can get "my life" resolved. The two new songs from the album will continue to stay up for your listening pleasure until I return and then it comes down and I'll introduce some new stuff. Hi guys,

   Its been a bit. I've been on the run a bit and dealing with some of lifes bullshit but in between I found some inspiration and just wrote a new song for the next album "Am I Cool Yet"!! Its going to be called "Ta-ma-yu"!!!! Its basically about people not able to pronounce my name correctly and at times try to give me another name to make it easier on themselves without realizing thats very fucked up!!! Anyway, its to be a fun song with a fantastic melody. It will have a kind have a ska type feel to it from what I got from it thus far, but that could always change. Its going to be just fun and kind of tongue and cheek. I look forward to recording it and letting you hear it a bit;-)

Just did a session today for two new songs. First song is called "What About The Body(Turns Me On)" and "Give Me More". "What About The Body" comes out as kind of a mellow track but very excellent and kind of reminicent of David Bowie, old school. It was essentially written as saying I've seen it'll so why bother keep looking and why keep getting turned on?! I'll play a sample from from when we wrote it! Also, "Give Me More" is just an all out fun track and I think very radio friendly. Its still being worked out but the idea of it is set.            I hope you guys enjoyed your holiday weekend!? I pretty much spent mine getting drunk and the other half staying home kicking my heels up. Life has been pretty fantastic as of late and looking forward to the new. I always welcome change as to grow some kind of change must occur. Ok, so current two tracks "Am I Cool Yet", and "Whats The Sin" are done. I just listened to them yesterday and "Whats The Sin" is nuts. Its very affecty yet steady if that makes sense. I hope you guys like it! "Am I Cool Yet" is just great and it came out alot poppier than I had intended but its my dream! Its the song I wanted to write for over three years but could never come up with even half the lyrics so having written and recorded this song is very exciting and close to how I've felt in both the worst moments of my life and the best. Even to this day I entertain the question to which I don't have a full answer on it but I do love myself and find myself to be interesting...lol. Anyway, so look for these songs to be posted soon enough and you tell me what you think. Also, please have a listen to "Nothing Fails" as it will not be up forever as it will come down soon as it was only placed for thoughts, opinions, etc. Alright, thanks for reading and I hope to have some good news coming soon to share with you guys but details cannot be given just yet.
