Funny thing is, I just wrote that because I was deeply, deeply sad
I wanted to write it down, but couldn't at my regular blog.
I write poetry when I'm sad. Sure, this is a loose version of poetry, but I can poesy any way I like, right? This one is actually in the style of one I wrote when I was about sixteen. Let me see if I can remember.
Have you ever dreamed
That you had someone who cared
All the time
Who was there
All the time
And you never cried?
I have that dream
But it's just...
a dream
It's one of my lamest poems ever. So last night I felt lamely sad and weak and what poured out was a version of that same naive girl saying that she kind of still wishes that.
So anyway, this kind of shit would be TOTALLY out of place at my usual blog. So I figured, "Hey, nobody reads my myspace blog. In fact, no one would even imagine I would write there. Sure, Kay has read it before, but why would she read it today? Well, there might be a setting where you get alerted when someone writes a blog, but anyway, I'm fine if Kay reads it because she knows me and the shit I go through.... I mean I'm fine if anyone reads it... it's a fucking public place!"
But I still think it's funny that you read it, Kay.
Does this mean you have that setting turned ON!?
