My last post was 10 months ago, and not much has changed since then aside from my latest 2,000 mile relocation which as of now is something that has become second nature to me. Ever since I returned from Japan, my life has been in almost a suspended animation, aside from my accumulation of knowledge from a variety of schools of thought and practice. My intellect may have developed over these last six years, but my emotional state has stagnated in its development while my body has shed a solid 20lbs from my highest peak of physical health. However, my biggest problem resides in my lack of inner strength and sense of self worth.

This translates into socially awkward behaviors which alienate me from not only finding a suitable romantic companion (which I value almost too much), but also the necessary social contacts which permit the formation of valuable business contacts and associations. This is why I'm taking the opportunity over the next year to recover not only my physical health, but also re-develop my social skills in part by finding my creative voice, which will do more for me than anything else I can imagine at this point in my life. I never used to think I had any psychological issues, but I can see with relative clarity what those defects in my persona are, and fortunately I have a pretty good idea of how to fix them. All it's going to take is conscious effort and some positive reinforcement.

In the next 11 months, I'm striving to go from the socially awkward skinny white nerd that never recovered from the middle school ridicule, to a less skinny and much more fit, slightly more tanned, social butterfly whose technical and creative prowess and sense of personal worth is such that it naturally attracts those who can help me create something bigger and better than anything I could accomplish on my own.

It's only when my current self fully dies, that my real self will be allowed to fully return to the surface in its natural state, as it was when I was a child. And that's when I can finally get on with my adult life instead of living in this state of stagnation and monotony and unfulfilled dreams.

Don't let me slip

Oil prices have fell from $150 to $50 as of yesterday, just as I said it would back in August.

The oil price will stay right around $50 for at least the next 6 months and gas prices will drop to an average of about $1.50/gal, which it will stay at for about the same amount of time.

Saudi Arabia (and other middle eastern countries) require oil prices to stay above $80 or else they will start going bankrupt.

They are holding about a thousand trillian dollars in American debts. If they can't afford to pay for those, the value of the dollar is going to go down drastically almost over night. When that happens, the money you're barely scraping by with now, isn't even going to cover the cost of food, which grocery stores won't be able to afford to stock anymore, because they won't be able to get the loans to buy the food.

Add to that the carbon tax, which will exponentially increase the cost of  raising livestock, and the operations of a number of other industries that are vital to our economy, and you'll begin to see how much trouble we're going to be in when the farms can't afford to produce the food we eat, and the electricity companies can't afford to provide us cheap electricity.

This only scratches the surface of the deep shit we're walking in to.

Just watch as the gas prices continue to go down another 40 cents and stay virtually the same for the next 6 months. Once you see that some kid in Austin can predict gas and oil prices that far in advance with great accuracy as well as the fate of a super rich foreign nation, maybe then you'll start taking some precautionary measures like stocking up on foods with a long shelf life, guns and ammo, and converting your assets into things like gold and silver which will be worth far more than the dollar bills you'll soon be wiping your ass with.

Pay attention to news regarding Iran, Russia, and oil rich nations like Venezuela and Saudi Arabia, as they are about to get a lot more media attention.

How did I know months in advance that gas was going to $50 per barrel? Because the people controlling the price of oil told me.

Got up at 4:45am and reached the extra's parking lot at 6:30.
I filled out an identical form to the one I filled out yesterday when I went in for my fitting, and got my wardrobe. After changing, I stood in the hair and makeup line for about an hour and a half only to have them tell me I don't need either (I'm pretty).
I got on the bus and got shipped over to some kind of commons area in a different building at southwestern university where I'm currently waiting for something to happen. So far, my conclusion is that I could show up in an hour or so and still be in the same position I'm in now, plus about five hours of sleep. Another interesting thing is how detailed they are about the wardrobe, only to cover it all up with a graduation robe.

We lined up at 11 and went out to do the graduation speech scene. I sat at the back of the students, infront of the parents. They passed out retro glasses and then panchos and umbrellas when we got rained on. We did a couple practice takes with a stand-in speaker, then did a couple takes from the front with the real actress and a shot from behind.

We broke for lunch at 2, and they called out a smaller group at 2:50 for another scene.

Cancer Update from John Hopkins

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime

3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9 When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to
make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment.About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts)and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine.Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence,Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

CANCER UPDATE FROM JOHN HOPKINS HOSPITAL , U S - PLEASE READ

1. No plastic containers in micro.
2. No water bottles in freezer.

3. No plastic wrap in microwave.

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well.
Dioxin
chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer.
Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies.
Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers.
This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.
Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

Category: Life
1) Drink at least a liter of straight water every day: An entire plethora of otherwise incurable diseases, aches, and pains can be avoided by keeping your cells properly hydrated. While you're at it, cut down drinking coffee and alcohol, and just stop drinking sodas all together. Many of those further dehydrate you, rather than nurishing your body, which is one reason so many of you have hangovers. You're losing moisture every time you breathe, so remember to put some of that water back in your body.

2) Cut the sugar: Do you have bad breath in the morning? Do you get bad menstrual cramps? Smelly poo that takes 20 minutes to get off your ass? Chances are you are eating way too much sugar. Aside from being completely unnecessary for good health, lots of diseases and disorders (including many cancers) that we've come to accept as normal (morning breath) did not even exist prior to the widespread use of refined sugar in people's diets. Unfortunately these days sugar or some more harmful analogue of it (sucralose/high fructose corn syrup) is in nearly EVERY packaged product you are likely to find at the grocery store. The only way you're likely to ever get away from all that crap is to buy only fresh produce and learn how to cook, which brings me to my next point.

3) Stop eating shit: If the quality of the meat isn't reason enough to keep you from eating at places like McDonalds and Taco Bell, then maybe the fact that most of what you get from there is fried in vegetable oil or some other ridicously cheap and unhealthy concoction, doused in sodium chloride, and made from ingredients of which maybe half will actually be a real food. Look at the loaves of bread at the grocery store, chances are you will never ever find one that only has an ingredients list consisting of unbleached flour, brown sugar, water, salt, olive oil, yeast, egg, and cornmeal. Chances are, they will all look something like this: enriched bleached flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid,  high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, wheat gluten, yeast, monocalcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, corn starch, dough conditioners, asorbic acid, and soy lecithin. The general rule is, if you can't pronounce it, you shouldn't be eating it. All of the crap they put in things like bread are generally there as a perservative to artificially extend the shelf life of the product so they can make more money. Your health is not a point of interest for 99% of the companies that make all the dog shit you shovel in your mouth every day. Healthy food either tends to go bad pretty quickly, or costs a lot more than its unhealthy counterpart, neither of which are good for business.

3) Eat fresh, whole foods: Think natural for this. Raw fruits, nuts, vegetables, whole grains, wild fish, free range chicken, raw milk, etc. Proper nutrition goes into much more depth than I'm knowledgeable, but if you eat a variety of different fresh foods and drink water, you've got the first leg of the good health stool covered. Ontop of this, most real foods like carrots and apples have certain medicinal properties as well as benefit specific organs.

4) Stop putting crap in your body: What do you take every day? I take food and water. No pills, no supplements, no vitamins, no medications, no bullshit. If you're not aware of the huge medical-industrial complex money making racket, then you need to get out from under the rock you call home. Aside from overprescribing dangerous/harmful medications for bullshit disorders as well as all the new and not even fully tested pills coming on the market all the time that later get recalled because they killed a thousand people and gave thousands of others cancer, Western Medicine's understanding of how the body works is fundamentally inaccurate, and therefore especially dangerous because of how medications are processed by the body. An antihistamine medicine used to treat a poison ivy rash that is taken orally will be dispersed throughout the body and affect many areas other than the site of the swelling, such as in the brain, causing drowsiness. Depending on the drug, this can cause a variety of adverse side-effects, not the least of which can be death. Even adverse drug reactions from shit the doctor gives you in a hospital account for over 100,000 deaths per year in the United States. The whole nature of human biology is complex enough to merit its own blog, but for now, just know that any normal person will almost never need to take any medication, supplement, or vitamin in their life if they follow the general guidelines I'm setting up for you. Furthermore, most of those things are actually bad for you, despite what your medical professional drug pusher may tell you. If it's not penicillin or the cure for polio, chances are you don't need it. Medications and Addictazac are something you really don't want to fuck with unless you get your leg chopped off or something in a car crash. Even aside from all that, most drugs dispensed for legitimate ailments only treat the symptoms, not the cause, which means you gotta keep taking it and taking it and taking it and taking out another loan so you can pay for all your prescriptions to treat the ailments that your other medications caused.

4) Don't worry, be happy: Someone cut you off? Your hair not behaving today? Working a shitty job with a shitty boss? Got an abusive boyfriend that doesn't give a shit about you? If you're in a bad situation like a shit job and a worthless boyfriend, quit the job and dump the boyfriend. If you got cutoff, say YOU MOTHER FUCKER! and forget about it. Due to mind-body relationship, if you're stressing out all the time and being a whiny bitch, you're creating a lot more problems for yourself than you're solving, as well as potentially creating health problems from headaches and ulcers up to and including cancer. So just let it go, think about something funny, and call me up for some good sex or something. Being happy, creative, and playful is the miracle cure for life as well as just about anything else you'll ever run into.

5) Get off your ass: Leave the house. Go walk somewhere. Get some exercise. Do whatever you have to do, just get your heart rate up and wear yourself out a few days a week. You'll sleep easier and be in better health and mood. I really shouldn't have to explain this to you.

Beliefs/Ideology:
Religious: To be truly spiritual, I think is to be aware of yourself as you really exist. You are a human with a body, the body is made of billions of individual cells working in conjuction towards a common goal, these cells have their own internal organs which are made of chemical and protein molecules. Molecules are specific combinations of atoms and electons which not only emit light, but blink into and out of existence. Even the notion that we are made of physical matter is incorrect. Couple this with the understanding that reality is completely relative to your perspective. If you look close enough, you will see solid matter disappear entirely, if you are able to widen the scope of your perception to the same degree in the opposite direction, you can reach the point where the earth is the size of an atom and the world you're in now is likely quite immaterial as well. Always keep in mind that you are a spec on a much larger spec in a swirling brightly colored shower of light.spinning around a much larger center so vast that it is beyond the comprehension of the average person. And also that everything about you from your hearing to the colors you see to your thoughts, all operate within certain frequency ranges, so what you know as reality or the real world, is in fact, a very small piece of the pie that you are completely oblivious to without the aid of technology. The fact that you here right now, reading and possibly understanding what it is I'm talking about, is a mind blowing gift that should be utilized to its fullest potential while you still have the opportunity.

Political: We need universal healthcare, legalization and regulation of drugs, renewable/clean energy, a complete overhaul of the public education system, don't outsource jobs until every US citizen has a job that he can pay his bills with, and much much more.

Social: There are so many things that need to be changed, for now I will only say that we need to start taking care of ourselves, our environment, and start giving a shit about the well being of other people instead of what's on TV.

Life: The best thing you can possibly do for yourself is to make everyday the most enjoyable and happiest day of your life. You have complete control over how you live your life even when bad things happen to you. You are never the victim of circumstance. Your soul was created in the likeness of 'god', and like 'god', you have the same omnipotent power over your own life. You control your own fate, but you have to make it happen.

Love: The energy that flows from the One is love. It is the single most powerful force that we have within our grasp. It prolongs life, promotes health, improves quality of life, and a host of other invaluable benefits. However, love is not limited to loving other people. Love is not even limited to what you love to do or other things you love. Love is an eternal and infinite energy, love is something you experience, and cultivating true love and happiness in your own life will produce a life you never thought possible.
