Is this the first reading we've done in Brooklyn? I think it is. Kara and I are having a reading tuesday night. I'm particularly excited about this one because
1) It's with our friend Jennifer Baumgardner.
2) It benefits the Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls.
3) It's at a bar.

We would really love to see you!

For anyone who didn't see us read on Part I of the Sassy book tour last spring...or for our very, very dedicated friends...we've got an upcoming reading. It's Tuesday, September 18th, 7 PM, and is the kick-off to KGB's non-fiction reading series. KGB is at 85 East 4th Street. And it's a bar! Drink while we read! And answer questions, of course.

Third wavers take note: We're reading with Deborah Siegel, author of Sisterhood Interrupted: From Radical Women to Grrrls Gone Wild. Should be fun.

There's also an excerpt from the book about YM vs. Sassy.
