I was trying to keep up with a monthly photo blog update, and I've run a bit behind so here are four months at once. I'll keep it to just the highlights. The highlight of May 2008 was obviously Maryland Death Fest! (And the shenanigans surrounding it) :

The highlight of July was my 30th birthday. I don't have many pictures from that weekend- I was too busy having fun. So instead I will show you how I spent the majority of my summer. It basically consists of me in a bikini hanging out with other girls in bikinis:













And I would say the highlight of my August was my trip to Ohio for SG Havana night, BoMa night, and Skullys night. I got to visit the Haunted Hoochie and I met a lot of new, great girls and saw some old familiar faces that are dear to me:

Today is officially the first day of fall. I am sad to see the summer go but I am always way more productive during the Fall so I'm excited about that.

Seems like all I did was work in March and April, but I managed to party all over your face on my days off. Here are some pics:

In May I am celebrating one year of Get Her! Compound good stuff, and looking forward to Maryland Death Fest.

In January, I....

-listened to lots of doom and black metal. Pretty much exclusively. Normally I listen to all sorts of different stuff, but for the past month I am addicted to only this.

-got my mojo back.

-have been getting some cool reviews for the recent Watch Me Burn release. Here is a fun quote from a recent review by brutalism.com (Netherlands):

Vocal sound that can only be described as the embodiment of a demon taunting a priest who is attempting an exorcism.

-started taking Capoeira classes. Well, I have only taken my first class. Tomorrow will be my 2nd. It is Brazilian kickboxing basically, primitive and ritualistic. You can read about the history of it here. I am learning Senzala Capoeira and this is what it looks like:



-had some fun projects going on in the compound ranging from projectors to gore elements.

-went to SF for the farewell Graves at Sea show.

-worked with a Grizzly bear.
