...very sad news when I got back from italy yesterday. on the 9th of october lady jaye passed away. she was the other half of genesis p. orridge who I just met recently during his europe tour with psychic tv. I just met lady jaye briefly but she left something....

yesterday I finally met genesis p. orridge for fotoreportage23. we tried to see each other for almost two years. they did a great concert with psychiv tv here in hamburg. for me it was the first time to see them play and they absolutely blew me away. thanks to genesis for the beautiful words in my book and the photos we`ve taken.

dear friends,
I returned from london yesterday with a big flu but I finally made it.
started to photograph 23 places in joy division`s landscape in october 2005 and now I can say it`s almost done. still I have to develop the films, view and print the pictures of the last two places I photographed in london.
when I went to london`s bbc sudio at delaware road I meet the band bloc party, the bassist gordon turned out to be a huge joy division fan and spontaneously joined fotoreportage23. thank you.
so still I have to photograph three people and I can tell you already it`s going to be very exiting to see and to read.
and I`m exited, this has been a wonderful trip so far and instead of just meeting people for a photodocu and take their picture, it was really much more than that.
