At last, my first proper blog!!

Some of you may know already that I am the bar manager at the Palmer Flatt Hotel in Aysgarth, North Yorkshire (just up the road from Aysgarth Falls where the fight scene in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves was filmed). We've been trying to get regular live music going for some time and have finally been successful. From now on, every saturday will feature a lady singer, Jan, who does a variety of different songs and has a superb voice. In addition, yours truly will be playing a solo slot prior to Jan's set. So that's two gigs for the price of one, every Saturday at the Palmer Flatt.
