Hey what's up everyone. Just wanted to share with ya'll some new videos. As ya'll know, I'm currently in the studio working on some new music while trying to prepare for some up and coming shows. Been a little busy, but all in all, it's really fun. I wanted to show some of the stuff that goes behind the scenes that ya'll have not seen. These videos are of my dancers and myself. They recently choreographed "MY HEART IS BREAKING" and are workin on "MY SWAG." Here's a little taste of what you can expect from us in the future. It should be dope!!!!! Let me know what ya think!! Hey, what’s up everyone!!! Just wanted to quickly update my blog. There’s a lot that’s been going on with me and hopefully it’ll only get better. =D K well read below for all the details.

I. THE MTD: NEW SONGS

I’m still in the process of mixing some of the new songs, and I can’t wait till ya’ll hear all of them. THEY R BANANAS!!!!!!!! I’m still putting some final touches on some of these songs and what not. U know I want them to be PERFECT!!! Haha. K well I’ve posted two new tracks: “Make That Booty” & “My Heart is Breaking”. “My Heart is Breaking” is intended to be an R&B song about heartbreak. I had never really specifically addressed this issue and thought it was something I HAD to do since I always tend to focus on just the positive. This time around, I really wanted to attack my music from a different perspective. People’s heartbreak stories helped me get an idea as to what it was exactly that I wanted to write about. Hope u like it. “Make that Booty” is just one of those crazy songs that you know everybody I’ll be getting down to in the club. It actually makes me laugh ‘cause it’s really different for me. It’s not like me to say those kind of things. Lol. Any who, I know girls I’ll be dancin’ like crazy to this. =P

I just recently took some NEW promo pics for THE MTD: Musically Transmitted Disease, out JUNE 23rd (until further notice), and I must say, I can’t wait till ya’ll get to see them. They’re dope!!! My photographer, AUDRA, was AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC & beautiful. She was extremely great to work with. Any who, it’s gonna be really fashion forward, creative, & interesting. II. SEX SELLS

It’s a known fact that SEX sells. Look at the posters, ads, tv commercials, etc... Whenever you see a sexy body it makes you look, huh? So, I’ve decided to sex things up a bit, or at least try to. Lol. We’ll see what I come up with, but I will try to show a little bit more skin. Haha. Of course, I won’t be exposing the goodies. Lol. One has to keep in mind it IS a business and in order to break through, I need to learn and incorporate some of the marketing strategies big corporations use. Of course, I don’t want to sell-out; I still want to be myself, but to a certain extent, one has to understand that this whole business is a game/ a show. One has to adapt and do whatever to succeed; at least that’s the way I currently see it. =P I want to pay off my student loans. =D Any who, in the following weeks, you’ll see me experimenting with different looks and of course, your feedback, good or bad, is always welcome. It helps me make  decisions. Thanks in advance for your help!


III. UPDATE ON THE MTD

I’ve recorded several songs and wow, it’s gonna be different. Definitely gonna be dancy and fun; REALLY interesting as I currently am in a different stage in my life than say two years ago. My goal is to create hot records that will get booties shakin’ on the dance floor, and that’ll be overall, be fun and commercial. Something that isn’t too complex to the point of confusion, and that people can relate to or associate themselves with. I’ve been working on a couple Spanish songs which has been a challenge for me as this is absolutely a new path I’ve decided to venture . I’m definitely interested in penetrating the Spanish market, and creating a buzz there as well. One has to explore various options and see what works and what doesn’t. In the end, trying is the only thing one can do; you’ll never know what could have happened if you don’t try. I need to come full force and showcase exactly what it is I can do that I haven’t done before. I’m still working on the album and have barely begun the mixing process. I’m still not done writing some songs and while some have been recorded, others are waiting to get recorded. I will be featuring production from other producers that I think have bangin’ tracks and will also, be featuring other artist who I think bring that fiyahh. Of course, there will be production from me; I’m trying to make this project the best one yet. I always try to give 100% of me and this isn’t any exception. So below I’ve provided a list of songs that I’ve currently done. Can’t wait till you hear them. The CD will be on sale this summer for only $7.00; oh, and it’s gonna be fiyahhhh, but you already knew that. =D

I’m going to be providing free downloads to my previous CD & my new song FREE here in less than a month!! Be sure to let people know when to come back to download my 2nd CD in its entirety FREE!!! I may be posting the first one as well. Spread the word; tell other people know about my music. Let’s make this a movement!! You got to help me out guys if you want me to continue releasing music. =D haha. If you can’t beat them, then join them. The internet has allowed many of us, including myself, to download leaked music for free (or a small fee), and I think it’s only fair that I do the same. Put it on limewire or share it with your friends; I really don’t care. The fact that someone is taking the time to listen to my music  means a lot to me. =P So be sure to download it free if you don’t have a copy of it yet. Wohoo!!!!!

V. NEW SONG

I did a collaboration with my friend/producer from Germany by the name of SILVA (on my top friends), and I just finished recording the song last week. Expect to hear this RIHANNA-esque track this weekend. The title of it is RHYTHM OF THE NIGHT and it will definitely have you dancin' =D. I'll be sure to post a bulletin once it is up and running.

VI. MY SWAG

I just posted MY SWAG- a new song, single I just got mixed and I would LOVE to hear/read any feedback, both positive and negative, that you have to say. Do you like it? How do you feel about me "rapping" on this track? Like I said, I definitely want to take this NEW album to another level, and this track is just fun. Kind of has that old school vibe to it. I could just imagine people doin' there dance in the club while the chorus says, "My swag... nobody, nobody, nobody can do it like me..." Let me know what you think. =P


K well I hope you found this a bit interesting. Can’t wait to perform more. I’m hoping to travel to other states real soon to get a little bit more exposure. Ya gotta HUSTLE for real. I. THE MTD- Musically Transmitted Disease

K well just wanted to update ya’ll on the status of the most current CD I’m working on- The MTD. It’s gonna be sooooooo DOPE! I’ve recorded a total of 4 songs and I’m thinking there is going to be 10 songs that are ALL gonna be hits (there may be more-IDK yet). It’s gonna be bananas for real. I’m meshing Pop/Rock/Hip-Hop/Rap all in one. Right now, I don’t know what I’m going to release as the first single yet; I have to wait till they’re all recorded so I could get feedback from music industry insiders, but nonetheless, I’m really lovin’ this NEW HOT R&B joint that I recorded called SERENADE. It’s one of the “pretty” tunes that will featured on the CD that will have guys requesting it on the radio stations for there girls and definitely have girls’ hearts melting away. NO JOKE! You'll be hearing it hopefully really soon. In the MTD, you’ll hear me playing a lot with my voice and you’re gonna see A BRAND NEW UPGRADED side of me. I can’t wait to share the new music with ya’ll. It has a HEAVY TIMBALAND influence and it’s gonna be filled with nothing but club bangers and baby makin’ music. It’s gonna be bonkers! Nothing too serious- just plain ol’ fun! =P


II. PERFORMANCES

I’m really trying to get my music out there and because of that, I hope to be performing a lot more in the coming months. DALLAS has next and now that Chris Brown’s career has been tarnished by the latest scandal, Ulises HAS to TAKE OVA! =D Lol. I’m like the next Enrique Iglesias (except with a better voice)- a Latino version of Prince with the voice of Justin Timberlake/Ne-yo, with a charisma and personality of a Ricky Martin,  ambitious and disciplined like a Beyonce, and to round it off, creative and driven like a Timbaland. I learn from the best and apply it. Some other people I deeply respect and am heavily influenced by are Brandy, Kanye West, Pharrell, Andre 3000, Nelly Furtado, Lady Gaga, & Missy Elliott. Hope it gives you a better idea as to the type of artist I am. I’m really open minded and draw influences from ALL TYPES of music. So, hope to see you out at one of my perfomances. =D
