Please watch this amazing film about the Shark trade.

Lets make it illegal to trade in or sell Sharks fin's.

With 90% of the shark population being slaughtered in recent years action needs to be taken now.

An international treaty needs to be drawn up to save these amazing animals.

People say action never comes from politicians, only from the out cry of the people. In this case i desperately hope i will be wrong, as the general population of our planet have a purely negative and fundamentally wrong impression of Sharks.

We need sharks in our oceans, Sharks are important to our biosphere to help stabilize the underwater Eco-systems.

go to savingsharks.com for better info and ways to be involved.

At the end of the last USA Tour we were invited by Fearless Music Tv to perform 3 tracks, we couldn't use the full live set up as it was recorded during the day and would disrupt business in the building, hope you enjoy it. Juno Reactor Mexico - USA dates 2008

JUNO REACTOR
Gears Up First U.S. Tour Since 2001
A Multi-Cultural Live Extravaganza Featuring Musicians
from Japan, South Africa, UK and US
Ben Watkins and band will be playing their first U.S. shows in seven years with a multi-cultural live show that breaks boundaries and open minds with their pulsing, tribal world of sonic awareness. As a testament of the band's worldwide eminence in 2008 alone, Juno Reactor have already played twelve countries (UK, Greece, Turkey, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Hungary, Israel, Germany, France, Mexico, Canada, Belgium). This Fall, Mexico and the U.S.A will become their last.

The tour dates are as follow:
Sept 18 - International Festival Chihuahua, Mexico
Sept 19 - International Festival Chihuahua- Juarez Mexico
Sept 20 - Owsley's Golden Road Denver
Sept 23 - The Independent - San Francisco, CA
Sept 25 - The El Rey - Los Angeles, CA (+ Steve Stevens on Guitar)
Sept 26 - The Metro - Chicago, IL
Sept 28 - Blender @ Gramercy Theatre - NYC

More dates to be announced!

Unlike faceless electronic acts who hide behind computer screens or other electronic machinery, Watkins has remained a major global force over the last decade and a half. In addition to lending his music to a multitude of films, videogames and commercials over the years, Juno Reactor headlined Japan's massive Fuji Rock Festival in 2007. The resulting performance, which was released in Japan on DVD, set the stage for the U.S. live show this Fall with all of its production, lights and visual (it can be seen on the band' s MySpace page). Ben also created the score for the Japanese anime films, Brave Story and Dimension Bomb which is scheduled to premiere in Japan in October 2008.
The U.S. shows will include Amapondo, a South African percussive ensemble, as well as Japanese guitar superstar Siguzo, ex-Asian Dub Foundation vocalist Ghetto Priest, American drummer Greg Ellis and UK vocalist Tamsyn Alexander.

After nearly 50 years of Chinese rule, the Tibetans are sending out a global cry for change. But violence is spreading across Tibet and neighbouring regions, and the Chinese regime is right now considering a choice between increasing brutality or dialogue, that could determine the future of Tibet and China.

We can affect this historic choice. China does care about its international reputation. Its economy is totally dependent on "Made in China" exports that we all buy, and it is keen to make the Olympics in Beijing this summer a celebration of a new China that is a respected world power.

President Hu needs to hear that ’Brand China’ and the Olympics can succeed only if he makes the right choice. But it will take an avalanche of global people power to get his attention. Click below to join me and sign a petition to President Hu calling for restraint in Tibet and dialogue with the Dalai Lama -- and tell absolutely everyone you can right away. The petition is organized by Avaaz, and they are urgently aiming to reach 1 million signatures to deliver directly to Chinese http://www.avaaz.org/en/tibet_end_the_violence/98.php/?cl_tf_sign=1
