'Ello all of you out in internet land!

So, I (Joe) was thinking today about some things that have been on my mind lately.  So I'm going to share them with you. :-) *feel honored* kidding...but seriously. 

I know most of us have experienced failure, yes? Okay.  99% of all failures come from people who have a habit of making excuses. (What?!) Believe it!  Ask yourself if this has been you at any point in your life or with any particular situation.  Hey, I'm guilty of making excuses.  How can we change the way we approach these difficult or sometimes, easy decisions in our life?  Easy, not make excuses right? Well, yes but not the entire answer.

...If we don't like the outcomes that we have, then we need to change our responses to these outcomes.  We like to point at everything else except for ourselves.  Everything that you experienced today is the result of choices, yes CHOICES that you've made in the past.  For those of you who are indecisive, make up your mind :-P.  Again, it comes down to the choices that we make, not the teacher for giving us a F on our paper.  You had a choice to study and finish the paper a week before it was due, but you decided to go out with a few friends...for a few nights.  So often we don't take the responsibity for the outcomes that we deal with day in and day out.  We should be making the best with what we have and change our responses to these outcomes.  If you got an F, what are you going to do next time to get a C, or even an A? 


I was reading in a book called "The Success Principles-How To Get From Where You Are To Where You Want To Be" that the man who complains about the way the ball bounces is likely the one who dropped it.  Huh, interesting! 

So, why do we make excuses for silly things?  Do we not like to take responsibility for our actions? Do we not want to make the difficult choice?  It comes down to weather you want to see the right change take place in your life.  If things aren't the best RIGHT now how are you going to make the best with what you have going on?  No one can make the choice for you...it has to be YOU. (:


If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is a compromise.

At Image will be recording in mid August to start the process for their EP album that they're hopeful will be done by the end of the year!  So, stay tuned for more updates on how the recording is coming and come check them out August 21st at Friday Night Band Stand in Janesville, WI.  They'll be playing at 9 p.m. Be ready to get your face rocked off!!!

Hey hey all you bloggers, this is Joe!
Well, the day is approaching us and we're STOKED! Tomorrow we're leaving for Nashville, TN on the road to enjoy a get-a-way and a chance to rock out and worship in front of some recording reps!  Yes, we can't believe it's finally here, but we know that this is what God is calling us to.  Regardless of the outcome, we know that with the anointing that is on our music, all things are possible.  Words can't describe how we're feeling, yet the excitment and anticipation is almost enough for us to handle.  I've talked to lots of friends and family, letting them know what we're doing and when we're leaving and even they are excited as we are!  Yes, to us this is a big deal because we don't know what will come of this trip.  We hope and pray for the best, we're confident and ready to impact this world with the music that God has given us.  He has blessed us with gifts and talents that will not go to waste. At Image is here to stay and we will rise up and change lives. 
I wanted to keep this short and to the point so, I can't wait to let you know all about our new experience and adventure that awaits us tomorrow and for the rest of the weekend.  It will be exciting and it will definitely be fun! (: Keep us in your prayers and I'll catch you on the flip side!

Hey all you folks out in internet land!
Just wanted to drop a few lines and tell you what's been going on with us At Image people. (ha!) We've been really excited about the new opportunity that has been knocking on our door; for those of you who don't know we're going to Nashville, TN for a possible record deal; and we've been practicing, writing, practicing and writing some more! What I (Joe) wanted to do was let you all know (those of you who read our blogs) is that we would like you guys to keep us in your prayers as we move forward down this new path that God has shown us.  This is all new to us and we want to do things with integrity and in the best interest of our lives. Our goal has been to be leaders in the music industry, yes we're new into this whole process, but we're believing God has called us to a higher level of ROCKIN' AWESOME WORSHIP! As a band we've had many conversations about what we see ourselves doing in the near future and we all have the same vision.  It's to be role models to lead people into real-intense worship, we want YOU to feel the full experience of jumpin' up and down, shouting until your voice cracks and until sweat pours from face...all this we do because we love to worship our God.
So, again I want you all to keep us in your prayers as this adventure unfolds for us on February 20th as we set out in faith to the place God is calling us.

Hey guys!

Joe here from At Image,

Well to let some of you who are interested in keeping in touch with us, we've recently been approached by an A & R Rep from Nashville, TN of Indego Records.  When I first heard this from my sister, Beth, my first response was AWESOME!!!! Of course you'd be excited to hear you've been contacted from a rep out of Nashville, it's the city of music right?! So, as I stood there listening to my sister reading the e-mail that was sent to her, the more excited I was getting.  What is even better is the fact that before my sister received this e-mail, I was talking to my brother in-law, Nate about how we need to find a band manager and kind of re-group and see where we want to go next as a band that SAME day! Crazy how God works huh? My sister e-mailed them back asking some details regarding a few things. THEN, here is what floored me the most.  The head manager aka THE BOSS with Band With A Mission (bandwithamission.com) said he was very, not so-so, not a little, but VERY impressed with our song My Image and that he wanted us to come down to Nashville a set for them to find out whether or not we could work out a record deal! So, for me personally this means a lot to me and just helps remind me of where I was when I wrote the song My Image.  It takes me back to that place and I'm so thankful and blessed for the way God works! TWO years ago I wrote this song where I was finding out who I was in Christ and beginning to change the way I saw myself, where I found my identity and purpose in this world. Two years later, the song that I once thought would be nothing but words is now being heard by people all over the world, blessing them and touching their lives.

This is such a blessing and I know God has given us this opportunity for a reason. We are sticking our foot in the door and moving forward where God wants us to be! It is just the beginning and the BEST is YET to come! I'm confident in the talents God has given this group and we plan to continue touching the lives of this world with the music our God gives to us.  It is who we are and this is how we'll be!

We’re going to reach the nations, because that is what God has called us to do! So, we thought we’d start right here in our own city of Janesville, Wisconsin! Can I get a what what?! So, what I need from ALL of you who are on our friends list, is to spread the word, no faster way than word of mouth right?! We have a new sound and God willing we will have a new demo out before the year is out! We’re not about shows or gigs, we just want to worship the Lord and minister to as many people as possible with our music!  Our vision IS to lead people into the presence of God when we play!  If you would like to come hear us, jump with us, sing with us, dance with us, come to a Sunday morning service or Wednesday night service! (:

You have heard your mission, and no mission is impossible with God on our side! So lets stand up and move out and take Janesville, Wisconsin by storm! AMEN!!!

It's something so great that we have this VERY moment on this earth.  Everything that we do is for a purpose that's giving us vision to lead us to our destiny.  God has been showing himself to us so much these past few months, and has always shown himself.  Every thing and ground that we touch we expect abundance to flow, expecting the best is yet to come...always! 

God is in the process of something big for us, we sense it as a team, family, band, and church that our foundation is continuing to build where we are starting to launch out in directions that are being called of us.  And with this challenge we are answering that call to step forth and do what God wants us to do.  As we do so, the blessing will continue to follow because WE...LIVE...UNDER...OPEN...HEAVENS!!!
