Recorded in less than 24 hours (sans track 8), this extended play record was tracked live in an apartment located in the heart of downtown San Diego, CA. All songs are renditions of traditional folk songs, except for track 5, which is an original composition by Lee Allen Miles. The name of the record is in honor of time spent and lifelong friends made in the greater Fort Wayne area of Indiana.

Created from scratch and completed in roughly seven days. This recording is a collision of several different ideas and was assembled with live bass tracks, programmed drums and incredibly overdriven guitar work. The whole ordeal clocks in at just under 11 minutes. Drum and Bass meets Afrobeat meets Neil Young meets Ratatat. The cover art echos the satellite image of the Great Rift Valley in Africa.

Collected from several archived, unreleased projects this record is a journey through three years of recording work. All songs are original compositions. Track 3, features Ben Laatsch playing acoustic and electric guitar, as well as contributing vocal harmonies. The photograph on the cover of the record sleeve was taken by Mr. Laatsch as well.



All of these recordings are dedicated to my friends and family and to the memory of my Grandmother whom I lost just one year ago.

If all goes as planned, I'm going to put up two free digital EP's within the next couple of weeks.

One is an eight song folk record that I recorded in less than 24 hours in a 6' x 6' bathroom with leaky pipes. It's called, Black Swamp. Only one song has a guitar on it.

The second one is some songs that I've had archived that don't really fit anywhere, but work pretty well together. It's five songs ranging from 3 months old to 3 years old. It's called, Wire Fraud. Ben Laatsch sings on one song with me and one of his photographs is going to be the artwork.

In addition, I'll be working on a well recorded LP/EP in the not too distant future of original acoustic type songs. All in due time.
