April is among us but don't be fools (yes, we went there), Release48 is filled to brim with more great artwork, photography and writing that you've come to enjoy. This months cover, 'The Lost World' by Tiziano Fioriti just just a breathtaking piece both in artistic design and sense of scale. Also featured is an interview with a familiar face to our releases, photographer Jerry Hazard. He gives us some insight on his creative process to let us know just how he achieves some of his trademark stylings.

The first of March is now upon us which brings today the launch of Release47 of Phirebrush. This newest release features 200+ amazing submissions of wonderful creativity spanning the categories of artwork, photography, music and writing. This month's cover 'Mona' belongs to Victor Salciotti, a beautiful traditional work dripping with great black and white contrast. Plenty of other splendid works await you so please, do take your time to look at them and as always, please leave your comments!Also featured is an interview with one of the many talented new comers to grace Phirebrush, Epidemic, who mixes digital and traditional methods to conjure incredibly detailed character-based compositions.If you're interested in trying to make it into the sites 48th release, be sure to get your creations submitted before March 31st, 2007.
