up with the backline, Laura Clapp-Davidson at T.C. Electronic, Chris

Quo Vadis salutes Romanian fans!!!We're all sitting on pins and needles for the Euro shows: Turkey, Romania, Croatia, France... We can't wait! Roxanne and Bart also took a short break from working on the new album and made a clip for the Romanian fans out there. The Romanian shows on April 6th-7th (Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca) will be extra special for Roxanne who originally hails from Bucharest. So Romanians come out and support one of your own doing her fretless magic! See you all at the show and don't forget to ask... "...But Who Prays For Satan?" PS...from Bart...new album: The new songs are the best material we've ever done!!! Patrice is doing amazing things on the drums with his particular sense of agression, musicality... and more agression.... the songs just obliterate!!! So far pretty much every jam with the new material was a "carpe diem" moment!!! It's as if all the instruments, guitar/bass/drums all breathe together...
But for now, Euro tour!!! Romanians be there and support one of your own on the world stage! Cheers!

QUO VADIS Guitarist - "Titanium In Both Knees Is More Metal Than Ever" Last week, QUO VADIS guitarist Bart Frydrychowicz - who is now newly endorsed by Jackson Guitars - underwent surgery for his left knee. Bart was injured during an accident earlier this year that occurred on stage in Montreal on September 6th, 2008 at a performance with NEURAXIS, DESPISED ICON, BLINDED BY FAITH and PLASMARIFLE. Bart recently stated in an interview: "It takes more then two knees gone to bring me down, now with titanium in both knees, I'll be more metal then ever." His spirits are up and he is looking forward to working on the new Quo Vadis album very soon. The next Quo Vadis studio effort- slated to come out in 2009 is the band's best material yet. Listen to a preview of Quo Vadis' new material at this location. In addition, Quo Vadis has confirmed a show date on a European festival in France (to be announced soon!) and is currently booking European dates for April 2009.

Quo Vadis are glad to announce the addition of Roxanne Constantin(Negativa, Aven Aura, Rostrum, Augury-live) as the new bassist to complete the band lineup.
Roxanne has a B.A. in piano performance from the Montreal Conservatory of Music. Prior to taking the bassist position, she contributed keyboards and vocals to the band as well as help with choirs and different live shows. In the months leading up to the shows, Roxanne underwent a strenuous practice regimen of up to 10 hours a day dedicated to music. Her playing can be hear on the new track, "Equilibrium", that was posted on Myspace.
"She is one of the best musicians QUO VADIS has ever had the opportunity to work with. Roxanne has also been strongly involved supporting the band since 2002 so it was a natural fit," says QUO VADIS guitarist Bart Frydryhowicz.
Here are some audience reactions to the new bass work onstage:
"the new bass player is awesome, I think she is the best female bass player I have ever seen play a bass." -joe@kerrazy-torrents
"Roxy n'a pas manqué une note... très tight!" -Fred Laroche@capitaledumetal.com
"fuckin' awesome skills and a rather eccentric way of moving on stage. Should be in Unexpect " -The Iron Miller@bravewords.com
The band would like to thank all metalheads who came out for the Quebec/Ontario shows as well as the crazy gang of Profugus Mortis! It's been awesome sharing the road and the stage with you - cheers!
