Necromancy !

Ever since Winus was seen during the first CYAN INC. soundchecks and later among the audience rumours about another reincarnation of THE ETERNAL AFFLICT have been spread.
Fact is - one of the greatest Punk-Electro-Bands of the 90's is working together again.........!?!!The music are more intense and experimental, yet more fragile and more criticising, which sums to a "harder than ever".
Moreover there will be some surprizing news in the next four weeks, so stay tuned - and be anxious...

Geisterbeschwörung !

Nachdem man schon bei einem der ersten CYAN INC. - Konzerte Winus beim Soundcheck und später im Publikum entdecken konnte, tut sich wohl wieder was im Hause THE ETERNAL AFFLICT.
Eine der grossen deutschen Punk-Elektrobands der 90er Jahre beschließt die Arbeit gemeinsam zu intensivieren - näher und enger als jemals zuvor - die Ausrichtung ist musikalisch härter, experimenteller und dann doch wieder zerbrechlicher, verwundbarer, anklagender als jemals zuvor - eine stärkere Fanbindung als Tribut der langjährigen Unterstützung durch die "Army" lässt eines der innovativsten Comebacks heraufbeschwören, die der harte Electro die letzten Jahre vermissen lies.
Anders als man jetzt vielleicht vermuten könnte, folgen in den kommenden 4 Wochen überraschende News - Seit gespannt wie die aussehen!

The Eternal Afflict : The last war?

Reunion after the end? ...or the end after the reunion??
We can gamble about the future of The Eternal Afflict in their 20th year of band history -whether, why and when?
After a break of several years, both lead-singer Cyan and Winus Rilinger come back with solo works: Cyan released the album-"Better leavy me dying" with his band CYANinc. and Rilinger took part in Sara Noxx' prodúction and remixing (Sara Noxx / Project Pitchfork / Witt). However, a first previously unreleased tracks can be reckoned to be a first vital sign of renewed collaboration. "What we(?ll) Be Tomorrow" will be placed on one of the most important compilations of 2008 - Prussia Records' "Prussian Synthetics". That release will be presented by Orkus, Sonic Seducer and Hardbeat - and there is no more suitable event to release "What We(?ll) Be Tomorrow"!

Nach dem Ende die Reunion? ...oder nach der Reunion das Ende?
Es darf spekuliert werden wie es im Jahr 20 nach der The Eternal Afflict Gründung weitergeht...in welcher Form nur, wie und ob...
Nach mehrjähriger Pause melden sich sowohl Sänger Cyan mit CYANinc. und dem neuen Album -Better leave me dying- wie auch Winus Rilinger mit Sara Noxx Produktionen und Remixen (Sara Noxx / Project Pitchfork / Witt) zurück. Als erstes gemeinsames Ausrufezeichen dürfte jedoch die Veröffentlichung eines neuen, oder doch nur unveroffentlichten Tracks zu bewerten sein. What We(?ll) Be Tomorrow, einer der treibensten The Eternal Afflict Songs aller Zeiten wird auf einer der herausragenden 2008er Compilations zu finden sein. Der von Prussia Records kommende Sampler "Prussian Synthetics" wird vom Sonic Seducer, Orkus und Hardbeat präsentiert zu dem es kein passenderen Anlass gibt What We(?ll) Be Tomorrow zu veröffentlichen!
