With so many aspects of the recovery to highlight, I couldn't figure out which article to link, so heres a direct link to the Entire Section.  Don't be distracted by all the crap about New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin and whatever he said that he shouldnt have said when he said it the way he said it...  That takes the focus away from the real problems.  where is the money and why isnt it helping the people its intended to help.
