Facts

Jim arrives home March 1 and emails March 2^nd about some dissatisfaction with the recordings.

Jim emails again on March 2^nd stating Russ “is hopeless” and asks to bring Jeff in as producer.

March 3^rd Jim emails again saying “That sounded great Jeff - just the sort of producer that we need and would help us live up to our reputations” and “I must say I didn..t realise Russ was quite so inept,though knew he was no producer.”....

Jim was supposed to discuss with Russ about recording with Jeff.  The idea was to record everything over again with Russ getting his money back OR to have Russ pay for the re-recordings and make his profit off that.  Apparently that didn’t happen until March 19^th when Russ emailed flying off the handle.  There was NEVER any plan to leave Russ out his money that he put into it.....

I said from the beginning that someone else should sing You Stole My Love and Jim and Russ insisted that I just got on with it.....

I maintained right from the beginning that during those 3 days I was just happy to be with me mates and was wearing rose coloured glasses about the entire situation.  As soon as everyone left and I had a listen, that is when both Jim and I noticed the problems with the recordings.  ....

Again, all we wanted was to do it over.  Russ releasing something that we aren’t happy with is the violation.  He should care enough about releasing a quality recording instead of trying to make a quick buck _- which Jim also said to him on March 19.

I'm sorry that I haven't been able to get Hilton to write in his own blog..... perhaps a little "fan pressure" will help .  Anyway, I've put a few photos up from the Skiffledog 5 day tour.  There will be more to come.  I still have to put up the Hippiefest photos.  I've got to get them in digital form first.  It's just all too much work...........

Hilton has new shirts.  He also has a new CD coming down the pike.  I imagine it will be ready before Spring.  For those of you that have seen him live, ROCKIN' DADDY will be on there.

The Woggles is my kind of music.  I can play it all night.  I had a great time sitting in with them last night at Maxwell’s in Hoboken NJ.  Seven songs total this time.  This was my third time playing with them.  The Professor shook my hand after the last song and said I’d passed the audition.  They’ve made me an official honorary Woggle.

I’ve been Wogglefied and it feels great!
