here it is! we finally finished our greatest achievement to date (next to convincing donna to be in the band). we're pleased to present the scientific maps music video for 'people love their troubles' starring the gumball bandit. this ...was our first attempt at putting something like this together and we're very happy with the result.

Here is the official announcement! It’s officially announced!
Scientific Maps (that’s us) are inviting you to celebrate the release of our new 7 song e.p., ‘Galvanic Wizardry’ on the B3nson Recording Company label. The e.p. was recorded late last year in the now defunct Bowling Alley Recording Studio by Aaron with some help from good friends.
The party is at Valentine’s in Albany on July 31 at 9pm. Have you seen the lineup? No? Dig-
Swimclub -These hitmakers were an outfit that rocked around the region in the late 90s, early 00s under the name ‘the Users’. We suggest you look these cats up on the internet, decide you love them, and then come out to see them on 7/31. Quite simply, their songs are perfect. This is a rare Albany appearance and shouldn’t be missed.
Salon Style -Gaven Richard has written some of our favorite tunes ever. One time Kamikaze Heart and drummer for Frank Budgen, Richard has taken on this new sample driven, loop based project and, once again, has wowed us with his hitmaking ability. Get ready and go!
Then after that, there is us. Scientific Maps. We’ll have a limited number of copies of ’Galvanic Wizardry’ at the show, so come early! There will be cake. There will be no blood.
Easy, yes? Friday, July 31 at 9pm. Valentine’s in Albany. 5 dollars.
