hey guys...just bored and wanted to just let everyone know that Elijah Ride is a whole year older, but not a whole lot wiser....our new cd has just released over the internet....as you can tell, we have made millions....which is kinda scary to ponder over....hope all is well....keep in touch...

well....it's been awhile.....let us be the first to say we apologize for being so shady, and not updating this site recently!!

we have actually been on a break from doing live concerts for the last part of the summer. ER has gone through a lot of transitions in the last several months and we are currently taking a small break from playing live concerts.

HOWEVER!!!!!! we're not going to keep this a secret anymore.....we are currently in the studio recording our 2nd album.....everything is sounding great, and we are sure that you will love this album way more than the last! it's much better! we are excited about putting this album in stores for you!

we haven't decided a release date yet, but we will post a bulletin and blog as soon as we find out! so stayed tuned in for upcoming info!

So, for the first time in a long time, I actually have alot of things to cover
in our newsletter. So where to start???

First off...upcoming dates. The band is finally getting our calendar booked up
again. We have a full list of gigs coming up AND we are definitly heading to
Nashville, TN to start recording our next record. We definitly feel like the
Lord is placing us under the production of Will Carter, drummer for the band
Overflow. So, now we have the place, we have the producer, and we have the new
songs. Now we just need the gas to get there and the money to pay for it,
hahaha. Anyways, about that list of gigs:

So, as you can see, we have alot of gigs, HOWEVER, we still have ALOT of open
weekends. That's where you come in. We want desperatly to fill up those empty
weekends!! So, if you have a youth rally, spring break party, or just need a
band to play at your church this Sunday, contact us immediatly!! We're very
flexible you know!!!

Now, about those changes. Some of you may know, and some of you may not, but we
have recently acquired a new drummer. After much prayer and consideration, the
band and Todd "T-Diddy" Hall (our leaving drummer) both feel like this is where
God is leading all of us. It will definitly take some getting use to and some
readjusting, but God has already blessed us with another drummer! He has some
big shoes to fill, but after just one practice, he can definitly hold his own! I
would love to tell everyone his name, but I don't know it, hahaha!!! However,
check our website for more details. As for Todd "T-Diddy" Hall, we wish him the
best of luck in his upcoming adventures and may God bless him and his family as
the Lord leads them down their new path!!!!

Well I have alot more fat that I would like to chew, but this will do for
now....so until next time.....

hope everyone's Christmas was great!!! we've been relaxing and taking the month of december off!! santa came by and saw us and gave us a new drumshield....haha.....but we've also gotten some practice in...and our new stuff rocks!!
