I know I posted that we had 2 or 3 shows left, but not anymore. Last night just seemed right to call it day for Mugre. Our friends were in attendance and bands that we really dig also played, so it just felt right.

Thank you to everyone that has supported us in anyway in these past couple years.  We'll post a formal thank you list later on. We'll also try and post some more MP3's for download.

Hopefully the other guys will post about their experiences in the band.

Of course not!! All of us have been busy with a little thing called life. David is off to Mexico until November and Uly will be moving up North this August. We are still going to play shows but not as much as we used to. This will give us a chance to write more tunes for future releases The only shows we have in progress is So Cal Fest (Is this still happening?) and Latino Fest (October and yes there is no more room for anymore bands,sorry) and one more in November. When David returns we might be able to play a little more often but who knows.

What about the record bro? Art work is done (Post an image later), I only hope this comes out before the fest. We will post new songs soon.

Hello friends and comrades.
Just a couple of things worth mentioning if anyone's interested:

- The recording process for our 1st 7" is almost over. Vocals will be done this weekend, mixing and mastering probably next week. Hopefully the actual record will be out shortly after that. Our friend Bob from Collapse Records will be taking care of releasing it (www.collapserecords.com). We are very excited as to how things are coming out.
- Our shirts are done! If for some strange reason you want one of em, they're gonna be $7 at shows and probably $8 or so ppd for mailorder. We will probably include pictures of the shirts in our profile sometime. For the meanwhile, they're printed both front (Mugre lettering) and back ("don't trust whitey!").
- We are playing on february the 23rd, thursday, with Go It Alone from Seattle. We are excited about this show and about playing with GIA. Hopefully we'll see some of you there.  We also have a west coast tour planned with SIN ORDEN from Chicago in July.  Add these kids if you haven't already

- And finally, we have a new member! Our friend Mark is playing drums for us now. He's a really great person and an amazing drummer, so we are pretty psyched on that. Now the lineup is: Mark on drums, Ray and Diego on guitars, Ulysses on bass and Sal screams.

We are definitely interested in playing shows around our areas or further. So please, feel more than free to contact us if planning a DIY event/show.
